IFS Cloud: CRM access group

REPRESENTATIVES :

When I click on Find, User List contains some list of users.

How could I know where are these people saved ? Is there any special User group or Permission Set (End User Role) or something ? 

If People are Part of Permission Set, they should have access to specific pages or being able to do something more than others ?
