Does anyone know why in IFS Cloud (23R2) it is no longer possible to use the Type Code “Purchased (raw)” for configured parts? The error message is attached.

In Apps10 it was possible. Also existing configured parts with Purchased (raw) are being processed without issues in IFS Cloud. We have several distribution companies which order the CTO parts from out manufacturing main company using the inter company purchase order. No issue there.

Any insight into this would be highly appreciated.

  • 23.2.14 - 23R2 SU14
  • 24.1.8 - 24R1 SU8
  • 24.2.2 - 24R2 SU2
  • 25.1E.0 - 25R1 EA

​@Björn Hultgren Could you again confirm the Case ID? I cannot find anything related to CS0319463 in SU14. 

I really need to make sure it is resolved with 32.2.14, if not I need to start thinking about alternatives asap. Thank you!

​@STXHILLSCA From what I can see it is case CS0319463 and the fix should be included in 23.2.14 - 23R2 SU14
