Is there a way to have FSM-Appointment-Booked activities in PSO labeled “Booked” or with a different color/colour to regular allocated activities? We would like to visually display which activities in PSO have been appointment booked from FSM.

One small work around until a color/colour change option for appointment booked activities is available in PSO is to create a filter for Activity as follows:
Applying that filter will highlight appointment booked activities. That’s not the ultimate solution to be able to color/colour appointment bookings differently than other activities, but it will help to be able to see AB activities quickly. Thanks go to IFS for pointing out this option!
