Sales charge types linked to sales parts and fetched only for specific customers

I have item #ABC that I want to add on a customer order.

This item has sales charge A and Sales charge B

Customer X gets sales charge type A and B

Customer Y gets sales charge type B

Customer Z gets sales charge type A

How can ifs fetch specific sales charge types per item per customer

Please refer below screenshot.

This way business user can define multiple combination for Sales Part, Customer and Sales Charge type.
