I've been searching both the community and Google for a clear process on setting up the CRM Companion app in IFS Apps 10. While I've found some Aurena documentation, I haven't come across anything related to IEE. Does anyone have any useful resources for this?

I now see we need to use TAS to basically answer my question or Touch apps server

You need to gave Touch Apps Server (TAS) installed and you need to download the resources to be installed in the database,

You should have the documentation in the Technical documentation for apps 10.

Hi again

Please read this section in the technical documentation:

http://techdocs/apps10/Foundation1/020_installation/400_installation_options/030_touch_apps/default.htm

There are one sub chapter for installation of TAS and another to install the apps.

Also this is specific to CRM Companion,

http://techdocs/apps10/Foundation1/040_administration/415_touch_apps/090_touch_apps/25_crm_companion/default.htm

BNt sure you can use the links as they go to our internal pages, but you have the address, so you can look in the place where you have the documentation installed.

Regards

Johan
