i have a question about CRM - Convert Lead.
We converted a Lead into a customer and found that - if the Delivery Terms and the Ship-via are not filled out, it will not take over the Region and District from Lead to Customer.
Only if Del. Terms and Ship-Via Code have a value, the other two fields will be transferred to the customer. It does not matter whether I work with or without a customer template.
Is that the Intention?

This issue has been previously reported from a support case.
This is the explanation given by the RnD
“Delivery Terms and Ship Via Code are both mandatory in the Customer/Address/Order Address Info tab. Therefore we cannot just transfer the Region and District to the Customer so unfortunately we are not able to change this.”
