Unable to use status "Set Scrapped" on Design Object

Hi,

How do we set the status “Scrapped” on Design Objects?

When we try to do that, we get the message “This state change is not allowed when the operational status is In Operation”.

And the Operational Status seems to be read-only.

Operational Status has to be changed in Functional Object (Equipment).
