Hi, our customer has a requirement to generate a rework order(shop order) in IFS

inside the rework order,

(1)It should indicate which component need to be dis-assembly

(2)And record the actual dis-assemblied Serial No and re-assebmly Serial No

(3)And record the time and cost.

In IFS, is there any function can meet this requirement?

Sounds like a multilevel Repair Shop Order might be what you are looking for.

This requires that the part you want to repair (rework) has been already manufactured in IFS with a shop order so that an As-Built record exists for it (As-Built Structure page).

It also requires that oyu have a buildable repair product structure (BOM) for the part.

If above is set you can create a shop order of type Repair and select the Multilevel Repair option.

Then manually reserve or issue the correct serial number you want to repair/rework. this will enable the Multilevel Repair Structure tab (a separate page in Aurena client). From this structure you can select the components to remove/disassemble and do add/assembly in the correct position in the structure.

Removed/disassembled components are then received to stock as Salvage Parts and new components to be added/assembled are added in the Materials tab.

When the repair/reworked product is received back to stock a new version of the As-Built record will be saved.
