During the installation of UPD8, we are encountering many errors of a similar nature: !!!Error occurred while executing Plsql Block at 23-MAY-21 00:53:45BEGIN Installation_SYS.Set_Projection_Snapshot_;END;ORA-06550: line 2, column 19:PLS-00302: component 'SET_PROJECTION_SNAPSHOT_' must be declaredORA-06550: line 2, column 2:PL/SQL: Statement ignored The installer ran like this producing many error in the “logging window”, then eventually hung after about 14 hours. This did not occur during the 4 attempts of UPD8 in our test environments.

Is iOS 14.5 compatible with FSM6u10?  The install guide says “Any device that can run iOS 10 through iOS 14 (including iPadOS) is Supported.”

Dear all, We added some new fixed assets to the system but in the wrong cmpany.We've added them and aslo imported them so they now have the status active  Due to the fact that the vouchers are already updated to the GL we can't delete them.So we want to Rollback of the import. Then this message appear.Does anyone has an idea how to solve tais?  

Is there a way to capture who created the transport task? Currently we have some struggles where the user processing the transport task may have questions or such. At this time we have not been able to find any fields that are storing the requestor/creator. 

Hi community,we would like to avoid the printout of Before correction lines within the correction invoice.In the xml file I found this parameter used as condition <DISPLAY_CO_LINES>TRUE</DISPLAY_CO_LINES>, but I don’t know how to influence this and if this can help. Thank you for any feedback!Regards Martina

A user has created a Credit Invoice today (Apps 9) and on trying to RMB/Print the invoice in order to move from Prelim PR state to Posted encountered the following error: Server error messages:5a3bfedb-4342-43bd-b335-cab0d6e25802Ifs.Fnd.FndSystemException: Unexpected error while calling server method AccessPlsql/Invoke ---> Ifs.Fnd.FndServerFaultException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too smallFailed executing statement (ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too smallORA-06512: at line 14I have previously come across this error when a customer or supplier name is particularly long but in this instance the customer name wasn’t that long (only 26 characters).   Some trial and error investigation uncovered the fact that there were four email addresses listed for this customer in the Comm Method tab, similar to below.  Names have been changed but there was a total of 116 charactersmaryj.smithyy@greenyellowyellowgr.com,an

Does anyone have either/both of these templates they could share, please?  If there is a completed example that works that would also be appreciated too. We have an issue (Apps 9) where we are trying to import a multi-line supplier invoice (one invoice no, multiple lines/postings/tax codes) but the invoice fails to load.  When we import an invoice with one record, it imports without error.  When we try multiple lines we get the following error Any suggestions/ideas would be much appreciated.   Linda

A customer contact which is not longer valid shall be deleted. In Case that this contact has been used e.g. in a customer order which has been Invoiced/Closed, the contact person can not longer be removed. If you try to delete the contact system checks whether any business objects refers to that customer contact and an error message appears:The information message 'The customer contact X is used by Y rows in another object (Business object contact)' is not really helpful for the user. Hi, We are interested in using the planned purchase cost in cost set 5.It works good for entities that don’t have Part Step Pricing in their Supplier agreements or Supplier for Purchase part Price lists. We are on  ifs10I have understood that when calculating planned purchase cost in this cost set, system will use purchase pricing logic, similar to when you enter a purchase order line for a part no.I also read in another tread that when calculating the planned purchase cost in Costing system will use:the standard lot size as order qty the effectivity date as price date. For some reason we do not get this to work when using price breaks, even if we have the standard lot size on the inventory part.Any one that have any input that could help us? Regards,Marika 

I was trying to change the “Default IFS Enterprise Explorer Language” as  "en-GB (English, United Kingdom)" with reconfiguration. But after the reconfiguration language is not changed to “en-GB (English, United Kingdom)”. I was remain as first option “Use Regional Language” 

Hi Experts,I’m trying to make a simple rest api call to an authentication endpoint and retrieve token information. Initially I tried this with the JsonOutboundConnector, which retrieves the response as following,  As you can see the response is in json. I couldn’t successfully capture this response and extract only the access token for use in subsequent calls. This issue was raised hereSince then I got in contact with the resource owners and got them to send the response in xml, which would make it possible for me to use the XmlOutboundConnector and extract the access token. This works fine in postman,The only thing I had to do additionally was to add the following header,  Accept = application/xml (without this header it returns json)Although, when I try the same in FSM I still end up getting the response in json  It’s as if the Accept header is not considered at all? or am I missing something else?​​​​​​​Any help is greatly appreciated.​​​​​​​

Hi I am trying to manually adjust an asset depreciation value in the month as the set up was not done properly at acquisition years ago, now system automatically calculated previous year/period dep, but it won’t allow me to post in previous financial year which I wouldn’t want to. Is there a way to delete the lines in the proposal?  Thanks

I doubled check to validate and It seems that all configurations are correct. I try using my email and nothing happens. Anybody know how these confirmations are send? I tried do look all code and I couldn’t find how this process is triggered. Thanks

Upgrading from IFS8 to IFS10 UPD9. User see following error in IFS10 when try to use the function ‘Copy costs to cost set one’. IFSAPP can perform the task successfully.Can someone please help me what settings i am missing in this scenario for the user to perform his job. Looks like i need to register this task somewhere but i have no clue what to do and where. 

 Hi all, Our customer ( FSM 6 U 5) has following questions on mobile Customer is using both iOS and Windows mobile and for Window mobile they use Laptops and  for iOS  phones. For mobile to sync to happen, does the app needs to be active and in foreground  in a mobile device?We have seen items stuck in Send queue when there are some system performance issues where the acknowledgement from server some how id not come back to device. Will this get cleared in subsequent syncs or do we need to do a initialization?

We are running Apps 9 and have a problem with clearing an RNI item.  The original receipt is tied to a fixed asset object that has since been scrapped.  We typically clear these by creating a $0 invoice to the supplier, match the receipt and post the offset elsewhere.  IFS is not allowing us to match this receipt because of the object status.I previously worked in SAP and there was a way to manually clear these items out of the received not invoiced account and was wondering if there was a similar option in IFS.I know we can take the difficult route of rolling back the object transactions to open the object back up and clear this but that would require rollbacks to previous years, which is not ideal.

Hello,We are running IFS Apps 10, and are primarily using IEE on Windows clients so far.I am wondering if anyone has experience running IEE on a Windows Surface Pro tablet (or any Windows 10 tablet):What are minimum specs we should consider if we want to run IEE on a Windows 10 tablet? Does IEE perform acceptably on less-than-cutting-edge tablet hardware? Is Wi-Fi connectivity problematic (lost connections, etc.)? Are there any other “gotchas” to consider?We are considering Aurena for some use-cases and understand it is more tablet-agnostic since it is browser-driven, but we also want to understand viable options for running IEE when we would rather deliver that experience to users. Thanks,JoeK

Hi community,I have come across an issue with the IFS application regarding the Nitro Reader which I recently download set up on my PC. All of my colleagues are familiar with the Nitro Reader and have done the same. When we open documents from IFS, they get opened with the Nitro Reader. However, they get stuck after a moment. In my Posting Proposal screen the previews are also visible and shown in Nitro Reader.I have changed the windows default PDF viewer to Acrobat Reader DC but still got no luck.  How do I fix this?I’ve attempted the solution provided in my previous query:  However, this doesn’t seem to resolve the problem.
