It looks like a customization gone wrong. It's not a standard error. You need to contact whoever made it for you.

Can i apply a another version  withou error from this ACP

@Mathias Dahl  I Apply another version of this package and the error Still Continue, i check the package in the DB and it’s ok , but what can i review?

You need to contact whoever made the codefor you. We cannot debug that code for you here, especially not when we cannot see the code.
