In the Customer Order screen in IFS EE 10 how do I get the “Delivery Note” box under “Documents Printed” to get ticked. I know it is triggered by  something in the status  of the Customer Order  or the Customer Order lines but I don’t know what sets it. See attached image.

When you process the customer order, Delivery note will be printed automatically if you have removed stop after check from ‘Deliver order’ step in the ‘order type’ entered in the customer order header.

 

You have to keep below checkbox ticked as well for delivery note to be printed automatically when the customer order goes through the order flow. Otherwise the delivery note will only be created but won’t be printed.

 

 

 

You can print delivery note manually in ‘Print Delivery note for customer orders’ screen as well. And for the customer orders connected to shipments you can print the delivery note at the Shipment screen.
