IFS Shipment: how to release an article already picked?

Hello,

I made a mistake when reporting the picking of a shipment and clicked report before I corrected my mistake. Now I don’t know how to release that part.

  • Report picking: done
  • Shipment status is still preliminary
  • Serial number: 663. I have an issue with that part and I cannot ship it.  I found that it is possible to reassign shipment connected quantity. Unfortunately, it says that the reserved and picked quantity will not be released. How else can I do?

Do you know how to proceed to cancel the picking/reservation of that part? Thanks in advance for the support.

@joedu, if you have used Shipment Inventory, RMB on the connected Shipment line > Shipment Inventory > and then register a Return. Then it will be reversed.
