Hello,
I made a mistake when reporting the picking of a shipment and clicked report before I corrected my mistake. Now I don’t know how to release that part.
- Report picking: done
- Shipment status is still preliminary
- Serial number: 663. I have an issue with that part and I cannot ship it. I found that it is possible to reassign shipment connected quantity. Unfortunately, it says that the reserved and picked quantity will not be released. How else can I do?
Do you know how to proceed to cancel the picking/reservation of that part? Thanks in advance for the support.
