Hi Team,

 

One of our customers has below question & I would like your help on it,

 

What values on FSM Resource (threesixty_resource) will send an update to PSO?  

For example, we want to increase all resources travel time and out of region multiplier but updating these values and reinitializing PSO we do not see an update.  Are there ANY fields on this table that FSM will send to PSO?   Doing these mass updates in PSO is problematic and it is easier to import an update in FSM vs one record at a time.

Hi @Bhanuka Senevirathne,

Resources are sent over to PSO once only. Updates within FSM will not be pushed to PSO so the changes should be made in PSO.

If there are issues with mass update in PSO this sounds like a good suggestion for the idea board to improve the PSO functionality.

Hi @Bhanuka Senevirathne ,

If you don't use ARP, this information is sent over via every LOAD file, so if you update the information in FSM, with the next LOAD file (usually overnight) the information will be available in PSO.

If you do use ARP, the behavior is according to Lee his post. You would be able to utilize the RESTful gateway to update this kind of information possibly in PSO? This minimizes the manual work in updating mass values, but you need some kind of process/tool to send the updates.
