We use our UAT to test customizations and upgrades. For practical reaosns I have now attached (an upgraded version) of a live database to an existing UTA profile, but Product Centre will not open as there is an old customization causing havoc (the customization contains 2 new data fields in bpart that is not in the currently attached database). And I am not able to open Customizer on Product Center (Customize Screen is greyed out). Help?

Hi Is there a way of PSO stop grabbing tasks after they are Committed on the mobile? I’ve had situations with Sedgwick when a job which was scheduled for the following day then gets changed to Do Not Schedule I think I need to change the Task_Status data ( see attachment ) but I’m not sure what all the schedule options represents like Ignore, Commited etc. Also where is this normally found in FSM thanks in advance 

For an MRB-In process with a Disposition Code which has the ‘Scrapping Verification’ checkbox ticked case in a shop order, When we report scrap on the operation for the whole shop order lot size,the operation status remains at partially reported. Afterwards, the shop order(with auto close code) does not automatically close even when the operations are completely reported and parts are completely received. Is there a specific reason for this?

Hello, We are using IFS 10 in my company and had generate the limit of the vacation leave for all employee. 22 days is the limit balance but for few employee is generated less due to something called (Negative Carry-over)

Hi,(I am using IFS APP10 UPD10.) Currently, I created 2 alterntes for one config parts.(there is NO  Config-Alternates-Rule)■Config Structure　1) *    2) ASSM■Routing　1) *    2) ASSM when I create a Shop Order,  I select “ASSM” alternate  for  both Strucute and Routing While, After I “create configuration”,  then the  alternate changed to “*” Is it a bug?or is there any background logic behide?

When executing a quick report and exporting the result to Excel the numeric field with decimals is interpreted as text, as I default (swedish) have “,” as my decimal separator. How can this be changed in Aurena on Apps 10 U9.

Hello, I have the following request on a payment term and I am not able to set it correctly in IFS, version 9.The Due Date calculation should be : 30 days from 10th of the Next Month.For example, if my invoice date is 15th of September, the Due Date should be  calculated as  30 days from 10th of October: which is 9th of November. I tried the following  option but it is not working properly:With this setup is calculating first 30 days from the invoice date, then it goes to the next month( due to End of Month-Due Date checkbox) and sets the final due date to 10th of next month.   I can not get a way of calculating the Due Date starting from a specific date.Specific Due Day field is the latest one taken into account in the calculation, so I was not able to add any days to that specific date. Did you have a similar case in your projects? I have a problem to start Developer Studio on Citrix Developer Desktop 10. The status stay in “Opening Projects”, regardless which customer is set in background. I can only end task over task manager after a certain time.It might be a cache problem, so my question is how to clear cache?Maybe it’s another problem. Hi,When logging requests we would like to only see the customer’s whose places to select from instead of listing our invoice, suppliers places etc. Is there a way to restrict the view of this? I have tried a constraint into the UI design screen for the Request screen and PLACE ID look up navigation but with no luck. 

After creating a new project in the project screen, I added a request and the tasks related to particular request were automatically added in the project screen. While deleting a task from the project screen it deletes whole task from the database instead of only deleting the link. But while deleting a request from project screen only the link between request and project screen were deleted. But the deleted request remained in the database. I recreated this issue in both FSM6GSE SQL and MC-ANDRTST-FSM6 environments. Is this the normal behavior or an error?

Projects in FSM:When a previously selected / added request should be removed again from an existing project the functionality is working fine:Navigate to "Requests" in a dedicated project Select / Multi-select the requests Click "Delete" Confirm that 'req_proj_link' record should be deletedThis means that only the connection between request and project is deleted and the request itself is not deleted from FSM entirely.The same functionality should be available on the "Tasks" tab. But the situation right now is that with deleting a task from the project, the task is deleted entirely from FSM.The required functionality would be the same as on the request tab, that only the link between task and project is deleted. Finding:Currently there is no table for tasks like ‘Task_Proj_link’ as it is for ‘req_proj_link’.Question:Is it correct that we have to create a new table like ‘Task_Proj_link’ to make this work for tasks as it works for requests? Hi Using apps 10 and trying to replicate a 7 day cure time on an manufactured inventory part routing.I was going to try and do this by using a ‘transportation time’ between op 60 and 70 so when MRP runs it schedules op 70 7 days after op 60.Will this approach work? and what is the unit of measure for transportation time? as the help bar suggest a 24 hour calendar.regards Jamie

There was an incident where the DATA_SYNC_IN_SERV Queue Failed due to below error.Error Text: The Repl Site Statistics object already exists.During the investigations I have noticed that this was triggered from the below Scheduled Task. When inserting Data to REPL_SITE_STATISTICS_TAB used in Data Synchronization Status Window. We have encountered more 1000 failed messages during a weekend, and it was the greatest number of times SERVE Queue got Failed at once.The Customer is using APPS10 UPD9Really apricate if anyone can share any feedback or any experience regarding this issue.Your feedback is really appreciated.
