We want to know how one of the calculation in Eco-footprint is done in relation to the status of a product structure and is it possible to adjust this calculation?The referred calculation is this, highlighted in the screenshot.We observe the calculation only includes product structures in status buildable. We have multiple product structures which are used by our suppliers and thus never set to buildable. We want to have that included in the calculation.Could you please confirm, the calculation only includes product structures in status buildable?Is it possible to modify the calculation to include product structure with any status?

Hello All,we have checked in some documents by using VAP-DMS/A. So far, everything looks good. The file ends up on the storage server and the users can also open it in IFS.Only the database background job are displaying a error “There exists no file to archive.                    ORA-20110: YvdmsExtArchiveUtil.ARCHNULL”The displayed error - Database Background Job → There exists no file to archive.I think the issue comes from VAP DMS/B, that we using before. Which background job must be inactive, to avoid this error? Or what are we doing wrong?Thank’s, Stefan

Is there a possability to attach a document or a note while on the NEW Customer Support order page ?Our “call intake” only registers orders and use “Save & Exit” or “Save & New “. If they need to attach a document or note they have to enter the call which is already in the helpdesk queue at that moment.Can we add the  ATTACH button on the NEW page ?

Has anyone been through PCI Compliance Testing with IFS, particularly the credit card module?   Was there anything they had to do to become compliant?  Do you store credit card info?  And if so how do you maintain compliance if holding the credit card info?Thanks

Am trying to follow the help guidance and it mentions vouchers being in a hold table, but am not entirely sure what to do next. The error below, was fairly easy to resolve. It was missing a user group connected to the voucher series, but am unsure how to reprocess now issue has been resolved? Am sure its an easy one for the finance experts here

If working with PM structure, there will be some strange issues.In this test scenario I have two PM actions with same Event but with different Interval.The PM action 'x' should be generated all the time when trigger the ‘Event generation’ job.PM action 'y' should be included in the structure every third time the ‘Event generation’ job are triggered.But when trying to connect PM action 'x' and 'y' together the PM action 'y' will be updated with the same interval that exits on PM action 'x'.- Yes, the warning message will tell me that (see screen shot 5 in attached document)Attached document include test scenarios from our customer build place and can also be recreated in customer use place environment.I don’t think that is okay, because we want them to be connected to each other in structure every third time, not every time.I hope I can attached a document after this is saved. where I have a step by step instruction. 

I have added a new field to a view, used by an existing crystal report.The new field is added to the report. and the report displays the field correctly in Crystal Report preview, with data.However, when the report is tested in IFS, there is no data. The field doesn’t appear:I have moved around other fields to make sure that it is the correct report that is executed. All other changes are visible, but the new field that was added to the view.Query data works without any problems.Is there a step that I have missed/forgotten? What need to be done when adding an additional field to an existing view?

HIIf we have sold a manufactured part with a large serialized structure, but didn’t create the Serial Objects as part of the process (“Create SM Object” not set on CO line) – what is then the easiest way to create the full serial object structure for that part afterwards?I know objects can be created manually using “Serial Object” window or using the “Make Maintenance Aware” window, but both creates only one object at a time and not the underlying structure.BR Kristian

Hi All, In the APPS10 versions we had ‘Report In Work Order’ and where you had the RMB option to ‘Print Serviceability tag’. In the cloud version, ‘Report In Work Order’ seems to have been renamed to ‘Conclude Work Order’, but I can’t seem to find the ‘Print Serviceability Tag’ anymore. Anybody have a printscreen where I can find it? Or was it removed? Best RegardsRoel

Hey all,We are creating an operational report where one of the parameters is “Org Code” (field ORG_CODE from CompanyOrg LU). We would like the parameter to display existing Org Code values in the dropdown.We have examples of showing a list of values in the dropdown when an Enumerate method can be called from a Package API. For example, we get values in the list if we link the parameter to something like Pur_Order_Print_Option_API.Enumerate(). The dropdown then looks like this:  So, we know it can be done. But we cannot find a enumeration method for Org Codes. As far as we can tell, the enumerated list is simply values with the “unit separator” character (CHR(31)) after each value. I can generate such a string with the query: SELECT OrgCodeEnum FROM (SELECT Company_Id, LISTAGG(Org_Code, CHR(31)) WITHIN GROUP (ORDER BY Org_Code) AS OrgCodeEnum FROM Company_Org GROUP BY Company_Id) WHERE Company_Id = '01' Love me some LISTAGG(). The logical unit for the transaction lines of a Cash Box transaction is CashBoxLumpSum but when I go to the Object Connections window to enable attachments and search for the LU, there is nothing related to the Cash Box. The logical unit for the Cash Box Header Details is CashBox, but it isn’t found in the Object connections window either. How can we add attachments to a Cash Box transaction and/or Header Details.

 Is it possible to use everywhere the same date format ?example: in the queue and opening a customer Support order show day-month-year (our common used foramt) but in the title the date is shown as year-month-day 

I would like to change time registration from starting on Sunday to starting on Monday instead.Where do I make this change?Besides shifting that screen to be Monday through Sunday, are there any other impacts to making this change?

This is for an Apps10 Belgian customer.Some background on Prodcom;Codes on the PRODCOM-list are derived from the codes in the Combined Nomenclature (Intrastat codes), which enables the comparing of production statistics with foreign trade statistics.PRODCOM-codes are 8-digit numeric codes, first 6 digits are in general identical to the digits in the  CPA-codes.Thanks in advance.
