How to extract Report Generator Reports to Excel?

Hi,

Is there a way to extract these ‘report generator’ reports to Excel? Any workaround like use of the results key may be? Please advise.

Hi @nimesh ,

You can extract the data from Report Archive. Go to Report Archive, Select the report you run > RMB on it and the select Report Parameters. You will get a dialog box and in there Select the Export button which will provide you a option to save the data in excel format or extract directly to Excel.

Hi,

 

You can extract the report data in XML_Report_Data_tab to the excel from the data base directly. Or do you need to extract report to excel from client side? Is this report with huge data set?

Can anyone spare how the export button shows in the dialog? I dont see any export button in the dialog.

Hi @rifki.pamuntjak ,

Above solution is only capable for Report Generator type reports only. For other reports you will have to extract data using INFO_SERVICES_RPV view via Quick Report.
