While I’m trying to update the “order” field in “customer” one error message is showing during save.
“ Field( Print withholding Tax) is mandatory “
Could anyone suggest me how to solve this, please?

Seems it's not available on the client side and most probably this is an issue while in upgrading.
It's better if you can raise a support ticket, then the IFS Support will investigate the issue further and will give a solution.

In Customer->Oder→ Misc Customer info tab
There should be a check box called Print Withholding Tax
If it's not available in your window, please go to the properties and check whether is it hidden.
If it is not available in the Layout window too, then the issue should be investigated separately as it's only available in the database logic without client implementation.
