Any idea, how we can set up a way to track excess and obsolete inventory in IFS Apps 10?. Any special functionality related with this in IFS?

I don’t remember if there was a standard report, but easily you can come up with a Quick Report where there’s a join between Inventory Part with status = O and Inventory Part in Stock
