In Astea v15.3 order Locator we only see the date and not the time.
Can we change the format so we see date and time as we had in v10 ?

Hi Piet,
To answer your question, there are no options to allow the users configure the presentation data to include the time.
You should log a ticket with Support and this will be investigated whether this should display the time by default or not. I can tell you current version 15.4 does not display the time now either in this column.
