New Customer created with 0 credit limit gets Credit Blocked after first order with 0 total amount. What causes this? Thanks

If ‘0’ dollars is the limit, the order will credit block every time. You can leave the limit blank if you want no credit hold.

When i set the Credit limit to Blank, and when recalculate the Customer Credit Analysis, it will set the Used/remaining credit to “Not Defined”. Is this standard functionality?
With ‘0’ as the limit, the system will always block and show no available credit limit. With nothing set in the limit field, the system will not have a defined limit or available amount.
