I have a user that mistakenly approved a document and would now like it unapproved.

Is this possible or will he need to create a revision?

We are currently Apps10 UPD14

Hi Cindy,

you can’t set an approved document to preliminary. So, you have to create a new revision if you would like to change this document.

Best regards

Is it a problem to create a new revision of the document? You will get everything copied to the new revision and you can make the old one obsolete. It takes less than a minute to do.
