Operator - Incl Specific Values and Excl Specific Values

Hi,

Does any one knows how to use the Operator - Incl Specific Values and Excl Specific Values in below dialog - Customer Repayment Proposal.

The help description does not match with the options available and Define Include/Exclude Value option does not enable.

After selecting this operator, you should save the record (see it below)

then you can use Incl/Excl function
