Customer found this error ‘Your user profile cannot be loaded’. And they need to restart server.  This customer has been using IFS Applications more than 10 year. 

Can this error happen from server performance?? If yes, how can they increase server performance?

when does the user get this error message?

Did you check if his user profile exists?

Did you try to reset it?


Customer found this error when trying to logon application. When user cannot logon, they have to restart server. I suggest customer to clean up some data suchas customer order. But I am not sure if it will help them.

I have two suggestions for this case.

  1. clean up the online cache
    1.  delete the directory „2.0“ : %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps
    2. start cmd as administraty and enther this code:                                                  rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache
  2. create a new user profile for this user or reset it
