We have checklists set up at the order level that are working great, however, I would like to create a checklist at the Activity level, ideally based on the stop code of the activity. However, I have been unable to get the activity checklist to populate automatically, we seem to have to add it manually. Are there different steps for this to work on an activity level checklist? Or is automation an option?

On our side we use a lot activity’s checklist and it’s working well. You just need to define that the checklist is of type “Activity” and linked the checklist to your activity code.
