I have created a new site and created a record within this screen. I get the same error message when trying to delete the newly created site. When I remove the record I entered in 

I can successfully remove the site.

That was a good hint to add myself again to the site. I can see now the Site and the Media Code:

Problem is now, I cannot save it after deleting.

Annoyingly I came across the same issue. Defo a bug within the application. I succeeded by directly removing the objects at DB level.

I am still trying to understand why emission media codes exists in this table. Assumption is there is a dependency somewhere else. 

@COVJAMIEB I have tried it with a newly created SITE as well and there it is working…

Is this a bug? 

I think the removal of the media code is a bug, its seems to confirm deletion before you actually confirm the deletion.
