MWO Tools: Resource (LOV) is not displaying on selecting Resource group

Hi All,

We are using IFS cloud 23R1and MWO app version ( IFS MWO Service 24.3.1). Resource Lov is not getting populated when we select the resource group in Tools section.

Resource type is ‘Tools/equipment group’. Resource is getting populated in IFS cloud. But not in MWO. Is there any basic data set up we are missing for MWO?

Did you associate the “ToolsAndEquipments” Security Group to your user? Is the tool connected to company and site? Maybe you can share some screenshots?

Thanks for your response. Please refer to the attached screenshots.

Pic1: Correct site and company are connected to the tools.

Pic 2: Permission set have ‘ToolsAndEquipment’ security group.

But you still don’t see the tool in MWO?

Can you also check the “Maintenance/Service” tab?
