Hi Community ,In a maintenance plan that uses both accumulated and limit parameters,. Currently, when both triggers are met, the system generates two work orders using the same work template. However, if there is a need to get separate work lists for each trigger type,.

how to configure the system to assign different work templates for accumulated and limit triggers, ensuring each work order reflects the appropriate maintenance actions?

Your assistance would be much appreciated.

@Hashmit I’m thinking that the only way to achieve this would be to have 2 different PM Actions for the same object. Each PM Action should have a different action and maintenance triggers.

I hope this helps.

thanks for the response, yes that is indeed a possibility however I was looking if it possible in single PM. No worries thanks for your time.

@Hashmit since you cannot link the WTT with the parameter, it’s not possible for the maintenance plan to consider different WTT depending on the parameter inside the same PM Action.

I guess it could be a good idea to post. Given the focus on further developing the service and maintenance capabilities of IFS Cloud, maybe R&D will select this as a feature to build in the next Release Update.
