In the case of an expense, is it possible to see who can approve it for me and who can authorise it before it's done?

Hi @ksebf ,

We can’t see who will be the approver or authorizer before it is done. It will normally be done by your supervisors, having access to your employee details.

@ksebf : As mentioned by @Lasanthi Jinadasa  expense sheet Approver will be supervisor of employee. When expense sheet is authorized, it creates voucher, so expense sheet authorization access is normally given to Finance authority through permission set (with position access/ role). We can’t see approver/ authorizer name in advance.
