I have noticed, when trying solve a users acccess issue for a BR report, that while in IFS Explorer, users can only see and run BR reports that their IFS access allows them to.
However, if someone logs in with  the standalone Business Reporter client on their PC, they can access and run all the BR reports in the system, regardless of their IFS user security settings, so the security settings are bypassed altogether.
Is this a bug, or is there something that needs configuring in the system to ensure they can only see and run  the same reports in the BR client that they have access to in the IFS Explorer client?
IFS Explorer client version: apps 10 update 14, in house installation.

Business Reporter client: Apps 10, version 5.0.24

Thanks

@JustinJ

In the BR client, these people should be able to see reports:

Creator of the report

Person who last updated the report

Anyone granted access to the (Aurena) projection

Anyone with Administrator system privilege

Anyone having the BA_REPORT_ADMIN permission set directly or indirectly granted

Thanks very much for your reply, I will check all these details out.

We are having the same issues as the original post. We set up a test account to be testing out the features before we roll it out to our supervisors, and this test account does not fit in with any of these scenarios, yet is able to see all the reports it should not be able to see. Admittedly still on 22.1.7 (IFSCloud), but I would not think that is the issue. Any other info would be greatly appreciated!
