Hi IFS Team,
Is it possible to synchronize the Outlook Address Book to IFS to add contacts to CRM Account?
For example, the address book below could synchronize contact information into IFS?
If this answer is that no Standard Functionality exists for this, then would this be possible through a customization?

Currently sync is possible only for Appointments in CRM. It is not possible to customize this solution.
You can use CRM panel to register these contacts as a workaround. (but when you change anything for that contact later it won't sync back to IFS or vise versa, this is just to create the contact in IFS side)
