Invoice Report Printing Issue after UPD19 Upgrade

Issue in printing invoice - the template output is missing certain element title after upgrade to UPD19. See below

 

Could anyone advise please?

 

We did try a direct export from UPD13 server rdl file & reimport into UPD19 server, result still the same - defective template. Can anyone advise?

We found the root cause of the issue. This is coming from custom RDF file which were not deployed.

@hamiasmai I guess you would need to open the layout file with report Designer and check if the title is present in the layout + check what conditions are applied to make it visible? I also see that you’re missing some of the labels in the Invoice header.

Also, is this standard / core layout? If yes, what’s the rdl file name?

There was no visible condition set. Following is the snapshot from IFS Report Designer.

 

 

And this is not standard layout. This is a modified/custom rdl.
