Services Notes in MWO

Hi everyone,

I am testing the Service Management in Cloud (R24.1.5) and I have created notes to see in MWO. However, although they are apparently syncronised to mobile, they are not displayed in MWO.

 

I am able to see the Service Notes per Task but not the service notes for the whole Request.

Any idea?
