Hi All,

 

While a technician is trying to upload a document through the app he is not able to do the same and getting this error.

 

Need your guidance regarding this.

Is that the only operation that fails, and does it always fail or only sometimes?

 

Hi,

Can you check Failed Transaction screen in Aurena (Filter records for your user) and see the previous error. So we can get idea about the problem.

Yes this is the only operation which fails and it fails always.

I checked the failed transaction and fount this error:

 

ORA-20105: DocTitle.DOCCLASSNOACCESS: You do not have access to create documents of class MOBCHECKLIST. ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.ERROR_SYS", line 140

 

Is it related to database?

Is it related to database?

The error message tells you exactly what the problem is 😀 - you are not allowed to create documents with the mentioned document class.

You should contact whoever is responsible for setting up your document management solution and have them grant you access or configure another document class to be used from mobile.
