When uploading a large file to import Fixed assets, using the system generated ExtFAObject external file template, we are receiving the following error:  “The depreciation (14695.69) for book INTERNAL is greater than the acquisition value 14500.”This is the same error for all assets, regardless of the actual acquisition value included in the upload.  Can anyone assist with this error?  Here is an example of the data being uploaded - you can see in this case the asset acquisition value is actually 24291.26.  Would appreciate any assistance.  This is happening on all the assets in the file   

Hello everyone,A request has been made to update the process for sending customer reminders. We are currently working on a proposal, which will involve sending reminders to customers via email. It is essentially semi-automatic. The idea is that a job will be set up to send out reminders via email on a daily basis without the user having to create a reminder proposal. Do you have similar requirements and/or experience? How did you implement this?

Hi Experts, I have created a new external file template to generate the supplier check payment.plan is to generate this file as soon the check is created via payment order. we have done the setup to the payment formats and suppliers as needed. but still the file is not getting generated. then added this payment format to the supplier,in my external file template, I have ORDER_ID as parameter, should that be a problem?if I execute the file template through the file assistant it creates the output file. what could be the issue here? do I need to setup a separate event on this? Kind Regards!Niyo

Hi,My customer has partially paid a manual advance customer invoice.I deducted the amount already paid from the customer's final invoice via the “advance invoice” screen.My customer has paid the remainder of the invoice, so the final invoice is settled with an open amount in the customer's account on the advance invoice. When I try to cancel the balance of the advance invoice using a cancellation code in screen “mixed payment”, the system displays the following message: “prepayment type is mandatory when paying an advance invoice.”What should I do? Thank you for your help

We have a Purchase Order receipt which is not showing in the posting proposals screen.There is another purchase order receipt with the same number but it was cancelled and a closed date has been entered.When selecting ‘Match PO Receipts’ in the Posting Proposal screen, it is not showing as available for matching.  Is there a reason that this is occurring or somewhere I could look to check the information?  

I’m in the process of integrating an OCR/IDP tool and IFS Clouds. At the moment, Supplier invoices are the document the tool will be used with.I’m excited that IFS cloud is going to take a modern, API first, approach. I’ve been exploring the ReceiveEinvoiceService API. However, the documentation (at least the docs linked in the API explorer) leaves something to be desired. It’s got some broken English and isn’t particularly clear. I was a bit surprised by this. Hi We just received the message from a customer that certain Payment Institutes dont accept payment files with the Pain.001.001.003 anymore. will there be a new format available soon for Pain.001.001.009.?I know that Camt054 version 4 was released with update 15 app10 

Hi,We use IFS_SEPA_TO_CORE_03_SEPA for the payment supplier.When we send the payement, we send the reference paiement instead of the supplier invoice number.How can I change this ?   

The issue is there was many follow ups from receivable team to get some of the invoices paid but after follow up came to know that customer paid the invoices since long time.Currently, it is done manually by the employee to change it in IFS as paid invoices.Yet would like to know if there is any other way to get this systemized without Employee interference.

As per Ministry of Finance Rule PMK 131, for most goods and services, a 12% VAT rate is applied on a Tax base in the form of the Other Value (Dasar Pengenaan Pajak/”DPP Nilai Lain”), which is set as Tax Basis at 11/12 of the import value, selling price, or compensation. This results of the calculation is in an effective VAT rate of 11%.To comply with this rule in our AR invoices, we require IFS to facilitate the display of the Tax Basis as "11/12 of the selling price" and the VAT rate 12% within the invoice layout.

When you create  Credit Invoice Lines from a Work Order Invoice Preview (Previously you need to have created an Invoice Preview, then a Customer Order and finally an Invoice), you need to approve the new Invoice Preview and a Customer Order is created.In the moment we invoice this created Customer Order, the Invoice Type is CUSTORDEB instead of CURTORDCRE¿Is this a bug in the system? ¿Where can we configure this Invoice Type to be CUSTORDCRE?Kind RegardsFrancisco José Rivas Rodríguez 

Good afternoon, We are on IFS 10 UPD 16 and I have an issue with postings for a finished Work Task. The WT finished on 7/31/2025 and the reposting correctly moved the amounts from WIP to Cost.Since then, every time we run the Transfer Work Task Time Transactions job (we run it daily), the system books entries from Cost to Cost. It happens only for a couple of Work tasks, the rest are running correctly, not sure how to make it stop. On the Work Task Transaction screen the Release WIP to final accounts is greyed out.Any ideas why this might happen?  Thanks,Cora

In IFS Cloud, 24R2 SU6, we are seeing an issue where a user is entering the invoice date parameter >10/01/2025 and when they click search the table does not load the data accordingly.When we click on the ADVANCED button to see how the SQL looks, the whole parameter for the invoice date field is missing. It is almost like the system is not accepting the entered parameter and recognizing it exists.Has anyone else run into this issue in other screens or know how we could fix it?Thank you

We are today using Finvoice2 for our EDI invoice sending throw Pagero. And will now also start send for Polen, since it are mandatory from next year. But Polen is demanding more information and filed that's are in the finvoice, have IFS build some xml file for this? 

We made a payment to a supplier but the payment was rejected.  We need to cancel payment and receive the cash back into the cash account.  The payment was done in a batch and we do not want to cancel the entire batch.  By doing a partial rollback, this will park the supplier payment.  How do we get that parked payment to clear and credit cash?  We were able to do this in apps 9 via the Supplier Payment screen but have not been able to do this via mixed payment in Cloud.  Any advice would be appreciated.

We have customer accounts in one company that are the child of an account in another company.  How do we need to set up a customer agreement for the parent so that the children will inherit that pricing?

If the supplier is eligible for tax withholding and all related settings have been made and a default withholding tax code has been defined for the supplier, the tax withholding has not been calculated automatically when the invoice has been raised along with the local Indian taxes i.e. GST (tax calculation structure).  

Hi,Does anyone have information on how our CAMT solution will behave in handling batch of payments? That is when bank batch all our low value transactions to one line? In this case bank will create their End-to-End ID based on the payment information ID we send in our ISO files. Does it pick the payment order from this payment information ID? How payment order acknowledgement should be done in this case?Also, how will it handle the returns? We have three vouchers that are stuck in the GL hold table, and we are not able to post because they are in Not Approved Status. We are not able to approve because they are Automatic Background Job Vouchers and they have no voucher rows on the Vouchers themselves and no voucher errors. And we are trying to close period two for this but keep getting an error because of these vouchers.The three voucher types are 0, TI, and L. We noticed that when these background jobs ran, they errored out because server went down. I re-executed the jobs to see if that would let us approve them or clear them out but was unsuccessful. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this.
