Hello Community,We are using ISO20022 payment format when generating Supplier Payment Orders. I would like to know, where should we enter data in IFS, so that we can get the data into Authstn xml tag.Thank you.

We are going from Apps 8 to the cloud. In apps 8, the external file templates allows us to choose what directory we are putting them in. We can’t find them in cloud. There is no path to enter only a file name. In help would be appreciated. We are using external files.  thanks 

There is a bug in the inbound IFS_FINVOICE_TO_IFS_EINVOICE transformer that reads the IFS FInvoice format for processing of E-Invoices.The first thing IFS needs to do when receiving an E-Invoice is to identify which Company it is meant for.First it will try to use BuyerPartyDetails/BuyerPartyIdentifier to match against Company association no.Second it will try to use the BuyerOrganisationUnitNumber to match against “Company’s Own Address ID” (EAN Location).Thirdly it will try to match the VAT No. Unfortunately instead of fetching the VAT No from BuyerPartyDetails/BuyerOrganisationTaxCode (just next to the BuyerPartyDetails/BuyerPartyIdentifier) IFS fetches the value DeliveryPartyDetails/DeliveryOrganisationTaxCode. Now, the DeliveryParty is an optional tag that can describe where the supplier shipped the goods. We are running into issues running the final year end process where the system is claiming assets don’t equal liabilities.  We have run GL Balance Analysis showing that they do in fact balance:I know that in some other topics they have mentioned to clear revenue/costs before running final year end.  Looking at the process flow this isn’t a required step:  What could we be missing?  This is happening in a lot of companies where we brought over opening balance sheet and retained earnings balances mid year.  

Hi IFS community,I am using IFS Cloud to setup Rotable Part Pool and have setup the Posting Control of M151(according to IFS documentation), of which to set Account and Fixed Asset Code Part to use AC2 - Pre Posting. So far so good, since Fixed Asset is created with Part Connection Established. However, the Inventory Transaction History displayed the usage of M139 instead of M151 and the Code Part Demand of account 028200 has Fixed Asset as Mandatory.Can you help me out to solve this riddle, please? Many thanks!

When a manual supplier invoice has a different amount from the PO, we currently enter a manual line on the invoice for the difference.  Is there a way to automatically make the difference between the PO and the Supplier Invoice automatically create a line?  If so, how could I set that up?

Hi,Customer needs to analyses material, labour and OH cost in project connected shop order separately in the project monitoring. So, I followed below steps in 25R1 environment. Create the posting cost group as Labour, Material and OH and connected to respective cost bucketConnect 3 WIP GL accounts for M40 posting using control type posting cost groupThen create the shop order connecting to project and release the shop order. Then it appears cost breakup correctly in Project monitoring pageScreen Preview 1 - Shop Order is in Planned Status Screen Preview 2 - Shop Order is in Released Status However, once I close the shop order all cost shown under one cost elementScreen Preview 3 - Shop Order is in Closed Status Is there any additional setup that we need to do or is this the normal system behaviour?Appreciate if anyone can give insight on this Best RegardsNarmada

Hello, Reaching out for your expert advice.I have a shop order connected to a Project. The transactions are generated as in the table. At the cost bucket, the Inventory value gets distributed in Labour, Overhead and Direct Materials, but at Project Monitoring the cost split between cost elements - Labour, Overhead and Material is also to be displayed.How should the cost elements be mapped to display those elements in Project Monitoring? Thank you.

Hello IFS Community,--IFS version: v10As part of one of our lobbies, we’re trying to enable users to navigate to the applicable screen/form based on the record from the lobby and its invoice type. In other words and as displayed in the image, trying to navigate to the invoice in Preliminary status based on its invoice type (eg. If Instant Invoice, go to such form and if Cust Order, go to Customer Invoice).Note that in order to join invoices in Preliminary status, we created a custom data source.Thanks in advance. 

Hi,  We are considering utilizing the "One Time Supplier" function in IFS and adding a new address ID for each supplier linked to a specific supplier number. Are there any restrictions on the number of address IDs that can be associated with a single supplier?

 Hello,I need your help to understand and find out if I am doing something wrong (perhaps incorrect settings).I placed a purchase order related to the project for a value of €1,000. The part is entered into stock at €1,000.I take the part out of the project and it comes out at 172.92 (Valo PUMP).I see that I have a value of 827.08 in my project stock, but I no longer have the part in stock, so it's 827.08. We are wanting to start to use the project function within IFS Cloud, has anyone got any guidance on how to start to set it up. Currently, we really only need it for analysis purposes - we are not trying to collate it to invoice it.So the easiest way to get started is what we need at the moment,

We have just started using the fixed asset functionality on IFS Cloud.We have numerous assets with the same object group, however, we would like only the depreciation to use different departments when creating the depreciation proposal.I have tried setting up a preposting (as i note in previous chats this has been advised), using the code part distribution and adding what i wanted, however, this does not pull through onto the depreciation proposal Any ideas?

Dear Team,Am having a question, where i ahve an attachments on my customer invoice screen but when i check the invoice voucher on the GL voucher row screen, i do not see the attachments from invoice. Is there a way to connect the attachments from invoice to voucher or any other options?Thanks in advance

We have reporting rules set-up to process individual payment advice prints.However, it appears that, when you make a BACS payment run, it doesn’t split the payment advice up into seperate Print Jobs. You just get one big file with all the suppliers details in. We want to e-mail each supplier their individually - has anyone had this issue/found a workaround/solution?

Dear Finance experts, I’m testing the intercompany material flow and everything goes well  until I send the Customer Invoice in company A to company B.Connectivity Out Message is created and transferred.Connectivity In message - company B - fails with error message: ORA-20111: UserFinance.RECNOTEXIST: Access denied! I have seen the idea with title “Posting Proposal page search/filtering doesn't exist like other Aurena pages” , The explanation to this limitation is the following:The destination page - “Posting proposals” is designed in a different way than regular Aurena pages: it uses functions as the data source for the list element on this page. With this design, the current Aurena framework cannot support search/filtering support for this page. So navigations from the lobby or elsewhere cannot give the desired filtering here. (Note that even the “Search“option is not available for this page) As the posting proposals window is central in all invoice follow up, it is very unfortunate that filtering from lobby element is not working.My question to all you smart people in IFS Community is; Is there a possibility to navigate from lobby element and instruct the Posting Proposal page through parameters to open with a pre-defined search? Best regardsIrene

While reviewing the Cloud Environment, I encountered an error where the Customer Invoice posting lines reflect different currency rates, resulting in a mismatch in the parallel currency.Could you kindly help clarify the following: Why are different currency rates being applied to the posting lines? Hi IFS ExpertWe would like to improve the Group data by default to all the user of the GL Balance Analysis. This is our default settings and we would like to change themI have already prepared some basic changes in the Selection Criteria or the colomn order but I cannot find where I can configure the Group Data setup in the Page Designer. We have a PO that we would like to part first part on immediate terms but remainder on 30daysCan different receipts of a PO hold different payment terms or does this have to be updated manually?

Hello I would like to setup payment terms such that the due date is 95 days after the end of month of receipt of invoice. So for example, if the invoice date is September 14, then the due date is 95 days after September 30.   Any guidance would be much appreciated.
