There are a number of screens where we can Copy Object and Paste Object (or paste from Excel) but this is not available in Cloud.  What other option is there or will it be developed.  Specifically for (but not limited to):Chart of AccountsAccountsTax Codes

Dear All,We would like to raise a request regarding the copy/paste functionality for posting lines in Posting Proposals.Starting from version 24R2, the copy/paste functionality was disabled by IFS on transactional pages in order to prevent potential data inconsistencies when copying and pasting data within these screens.Initially, IFS communicated that a possible reintroduction of this functionality was planned for future product enhancement, without any confirmed delivery timeline.More recently, IFS development team confirmed that a fix has been implemented specifically for posting lines in Posting Proposals, and that this functionality will be available again starting from version 26R1. It just took us 3 months + to upgrade from 23R2 to 25R2.We went live on 25R2 3 weeks ago.CVE and our accountant key-users cannot afford to start a new Release Update process with 26R1 to get this functionality back.This functionality tha

Hi. First, I’m no t a financial consultant, but I have a question: I have a Spanish client that have another company in Mexico. Now, we are going to implement IFS Cloud in Mexico and my client wants to have the accounts in Mexico and in Spain connected. Dear All,One of our customer having problem on the code part demand setup. Below are the details.Customer using one of other code part (other than GL) base for cost element mapping.M1 posting control mapped against stock balance account with cost element code part mapping.Now, business, do not want to see the inventory cost on the project monitoring screen. Hence, they blocked cost element code part and enable Exclude from Project follow up checkbox, as they still want to have the Project code part on the M1 posting. However, with the new setup, they are getting an error on project demand screen, as system trying to validate the inventory part and its relevant cost element code part connection on M1 posting type which is missing.Can anybody, see a solution how can we solve this without changing the checkbox Exlude project followup?

HI,I’m currently trying to add a new payment method under Supplier → Payment → Payment Method.While creating the new payment method, I also added a new payment format. I would like to understand the relationship between the Payment Method and the Payment Format & effect to finance and GL.In this particular case, the supplier payment is not made via cash, cheque, or any other standard payment method. Instead, the settlement is done through goods.Therefore, I would appreciate clarification on how this scenario should be configured and handled in the system.Regards,TharakaN

Hi everyone,We’ve recently installed IFS Cloud 25R2 and have started testing the e‑invoicing features. During our checks, we noticed that the UBL 2.1 file generated by IFS for the outgoing invoice flow does not fully comply with the requirements of the French tax authorities.Some mandatory XML tags appear to be missing, such as the SIREN and the invoice routing address.I’d be interested to know whether other users have encountered the same issue, and if so, what solutions or workarounds you are considering.Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Hi, I know many of you have a need / have asked how to use IFS to produce a given result. At a high level, many have asked how to consider a combination of code part values (for example account 1234 with cost center AAA then assign that combination a value. It could be for financial reporting; or it could be assigning a local account when a country requires local account and GL account. To resolve issues, I’ve seen for over a dozen different clients, I created an idea. Please take a look and upvote if you agree this is important functionality.  FYI, over the next couple weeks I plan to create a number of “ideas” where I’ve seen numerous requests from clients over the years.  The link is Create something like Code String Combination Attributes | IFS Community Best regards, Thom

We made a payment to a supplier but the payment was rejected.  We need to cancel payment and receive the cash back into the cash account.  The payment was done in a batch and we do not want to cancel the entire batch.  By doing a partial rollback, this will park the supplier payment.  How do we get that parked payment to clear and credit cash?  We were able to do this in apps 9 via the Supplier Payment screen but have not been able to do this via mixed payment in Cloud.  Any advice would be appreciated.

 Hello, Project invoices created from AFPs are based on the certified values entered in the AFP. As such, the invoice lines are not editable. Any adjustments to the invoiced values must therefore be managed directly through the AFP.Accordingly, the current process is to credit the entire invoice, apply the required adjustments in the AFP, and then generate a new invoice from the updated AFP.The credit invoice will include a reference to the original invoice against which it was created. Alternatively, a new AFP can be created with the corrected figures, and a new invoice can then be raised from that AFP.In PL legislation the Correction Invoices should be issued (instead of credit invoices).Correction Invoice should indicate the changes to original invoice and should not credit the whole value of the initial Invoice (as long as the whole invoice is not wrong).Each Correction Invoice should indicate the link to t

Hello Together,We went live with a customer and currently face an issue:That costs does not appear on cost bucket detail after running the calculation for all articles (all part calculation)but you can see all results in the overview “part cost variances”: The Question is can rely on the results listed in this overview and just copy them to cost bucket 1?  If you run the calculation for all levels the cost appears in the cost bucket details again.Anyone has an idea on this one?Kind regards​​​​​​​

When using Customer Relationships within Customers and using scenario 1 where the parent company holds the credit limit, why does the above report show the  same credit limit for the child?Is there a way around this as its a standard report and unwilling to create a separate report for this issue/Thanks

Hello everyone,I’m very new to the IFS Cloud version and can’t seem to find a way to allocate a customer payment to multiple invoice without selecting individual identity one at a time.Is there a way to select multiple invoices for one payment please? Since the Customer and Supplier Payment features have been discontinued in the Cloud!I verified that in Lump Sum line, when the identity and invoice number are entered, the button SELECT MULTIPLE INVOICES/PAYMENTS  is enabled.However, it will only open the invoices by supplier or customer, not all invoices.ThanksValmira

The interest amount generated by IFS for period 4 2026 is 0, as shown below:The base interest is 13 915, 14 - and for other contracts this amount is also the Periodical Interest Amount and not 0 as in this case. The proposal refers to Installment number 87, and here the interest rate is 13 915,14.   Why does IFS post 0,00 in amount to GL?  Normaylle IFS will never post 0 amount?

Hello Community,I have a quick question regarding the Generate Invoice Preview function.We recently observed that when generating an invoice preview with the “Merge by Sales Part” checkbox selected, the preview is being created with Grouped By Level: Work Order. Previously, this field remained blank and the invoice preview was not grouped by Work Order.The customer has recently upgraded to Apps 10 UPD 28, and we are trying to determine whether this is due to a change in functionality introduced in the upgrade, or if there is any basic configuration/data setup required to prevent grouping at the Work Order level. I would highly appreciate any insights or comments from the co

We have customer accounts in one company that are the child of an account in another company.  How do we need to set up a customer agreement for the parent so that the children will inherit that pricing?

Hi, is there anyway to stop a new manual supplier invoice going straight to paid/posted when it has 0 value? we was able to do this in apps 9 but now cloud uses the new manual supplier invoice wizard im unsure how to get around this. Thanks  

We have recently upgraded to APS10 UPD14 and experiencing the following:  IFS Path: Financials > Supplier Invoice > Manual Supplier Invoice When saving an invoice that the gross amount is $0.00, there is a pop-up box stating "A zero value invoice will be created and Invoice will get PaidPosted. Do you want to continue?"  When you click yes, the status should go to PaidPosted. When the $0.00 invoice involves matching a line on the PO, we get the "A zero value invoice..." message and click "Yes" but the status goes to Preliminary and doesn't get posted.  It's confusing to have different results than what the message states will happen. I have attached screenshots of the message and result.  Is there a setting that isn’t configured correctly or a reason why the invoice is not going to status paid posted and ending up preliminary?
