Has anyone set up a Tax template for Singapore F5 report? Would you be willing to share your set up please for reference?

Since the new SAF-T Financial schema, v.1.30 comes into force, we are unsure if there are new set ups required in order to create a file corresponding to requirements for 1.3 version. Can anyone please provide the documentation of how to set up SAF-T version 1.3 NO in IFS.

Hi EveryoneIn IFS Cloud 24.1.5 when I use the Cash Plan future I am missing lots of transactions. I narrowed it down.Customer Order: TAX Exempt. TAX(%) = 0 => Those Customer Order Lines are not included in Cash Plan Same goes for Customer Invoices.Customer Order: TAX Exempt. TAX(%) = 0 => Those open Invoices Lines are not included in Cash PlanWhy should those Transactions be excluded in Cash Plan?Thanks,

Hi,Electronic invoicing and electronic reporting will gradually become mandatory in France from September 2026.How does IFS plan to address these new legal requirements?In particular for electronic reporting which will require providing different invoice statuses during its lifecycle.What is the strategy? Hi There, I am looking for a solution to perform the revaluation of fixed assets as a bulk. In the real customer scenario they want to revalue 20,000 fixed assets, which is not possible to do manually one by one. Is there a possible way to perform it using external files?

Hi We just received the message from a customer that certain Payment Institutes dont accept payment files with the Pain.001.001.003 anymore. will there be a new format available soon for Pain.001.001.009.?I know that Camt054 version 4 was released with update 15 app10 

Hello, When an E-invoice is refused (like cycle 210 - Refused), legally in France localization, it means the invoice is not valid and should be cancelled.It seems that it doesn’t affect the ability to pay the invoice. Is that a normal behaviour ? My understanding was that the invoice should be cancelled in the system and another invoice sent. Being able to pay the invoice doesn’t seem correct.  Thank you

Dear all.IFS has introduced the IFS Ai feature where it is possible to extract invoice header level information using invoice image file to load invoices automatically.I have extracted the desciption from the release notes of 25R1“To facilitate the supplier invoice data capture automation, the Azure Invoice Model is integrated with IFS Cloud to automatically extract relevant data from supplier invoices uploaded to the system. It supports various file formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.​Upon upload, the model captures key invoice details and facilitates the creation of corresponding Supplier Invoices within the application.​The extracted data includes the following fields:​Header Level – Supplier, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Invoice Recipient, PO Reference, Gross Amount, Net Amount and Tax Amount​”. Where can I find a help document which can help me configure this functionality. Hi everyone,We’ve recently installed IFS Cloud 25R2 and have started testing the e‑invoicing features. During our checks, we noticed that the UBL 2.1 file generated by IFS for the outgoing invoice flow does not fully comply with the requirements of the French tax authorities.Some mandatory XML tags appear to be missing, such as the SIREN and the invoice routing address.I’d be interested to know whether other users have encountered the same issue, and if so, what solutions or workarounds you are considering.Thanks in advance for your feedback!

I have a supplier that allows us 5% discount if paid in 10 days or 2% if paid within 25 days and net due in 31 days.  I have tried setting up a payment term to calculate that but it isn’t working in my testing, either IFS functionality doesn’t support that or my setup is incorrect?

The customer experience that after generating a SAF-T file (ver.1.30), there are five supplier-IDs used in GL (Transactions) which are not included in the MasterFiles Suppliers.What we have identified so far, is that one of the invoices has arrived in period 12 (previous year), the invoice is finally posted in the following periode 1, and then has a credit invoice matched in period 2.Anyone with similar experiences?

We cannot find any reason why making a manual voucher interim (reverse) is only available after approval. Why is the button not available before approval? The approver needs to know, we think? In the current flow the approver has to trust/assume another user will make the voucher interim (reverse). What do we miss?

Hello,I am trying to work out why I have 1 user who is able to authorise multiple invoices, and another who cannot.The 2 users have the same set up in the Invoice Posting Authorisers screen:However, in the Posting Proposals screen one user has the ‘Authorise/Acknowledge..’ option enabled when selecting multiple lines and the other does not.As far as I can tell, the pre-requisites from the help topic are both met.So I can’t see why there is a difference between the 2 users.Can anyone suggest if there are any other settings I might have missed? We are on Apps 10, UPD8. Many thanksSteph.

In 25R1 environment ,I was uploading the following file with credit values through OCR -capture  supplier invoice data ,nevertheless the negative values were not been fetched and they were fetched as positive.Any one experienced this kind of situation?ThanksUdanee

Dear IFS Community, I need your help. Our customer needs a unique (or maybe not so unique) setup in our project management resp. financial project. The figures are.EstimatesSales: 3000Costs: 2000Margin: 1000The margin in %: 66,67 %. Project type is: Capitalize Expenses Revenue Recognition Method is: Actual Revenue. Contribution Margin: 0%. In the Periodical Capitalization posting, costs and the calculated costs (from sales) will be posted to unfinished goods vs. WIP. So far so good. But the problem is, if a customer invoice has been posted with sales from 2000, IFS should reverse the proportionally costs from WIP against unfinished goods. In our example should it be the 66,67 % from the 2000 EUR Sales = 1333,4 EUR. Calculation:Booked sales: 2000 EUR * 66,67% = 1333,4 EURThe cost of sales with 1333,34 should be reversed from the WIP accrua

We have the following scenario in a client.A sale is made from Spain to Switzerland, with the delivery address in Switzerland. However, during transport, there is a technical stop in France at the request of the Swiss customer in order to fill the containers that were sold from Spain to Switzerland.From an Intrastat reporting perspective, should the movement into France be declared? If so, how could this be configured in IFS?
