Hi Community,We are currently using IFS Apps 10 in Turkey.Our current process for Supplier Payments involves creating the payment proposal within IFS, but we utilize a third-party external application to generate the actual payment instruction files (bank payment orders) to send to Türk banks. This is mainly due to the specific file format requirements of local banks.We are looking to eliminate this external middleware and manage the entire Payment Order generation process directly within IFS10.My questions are: Is it feasible to handle Türk bank payment formats (e.g., local XML or specific text formats) using standard IFS Payment Formats (such as ISO20022 or generic templates)? Has anyone successfully implemented direct bank integration for Turkey without an external tool? Which standard "Payment Format ID" is recommended as a base to configure for Turkish banking requirements?

Why is sales commission included on two different reports?We have identified the same sale commission being applied to two different reports, but we cannot determine why.The screen shot below shows the same 10 lines of invoice number / customer order number on both commission report for Territory 22 and Territory 34.  Based on the information in the customer order, the commission should only be reflected in Territory 22.I’m not sure what to modify to eliminate the duplicates and ensure the commission goes to the right report. 

Hello everyone. We ran revenue recognition which indicates the actual costs of projects. For example below. Is there a way to find the cost detail that exactly makes up the actual costs in the revenue recognition?  Would appreciate any help or guidance.  

Hello We have a voided check that we would like to unvoid. Is there a way to do this? There is an optin to set status to printed. Would that unvoid the check?  Any assistance would be much appreciated.  

I have 90 different customer records for the same company with different billing addresses, because each customer record needs unique customer agreement and price lists. However, all 90 customer records could roll up into one “master” account. Is there a way to setup this up in IFS? If so, what is the best way to do this? I want to be able to see sales be each individual customer record but also rolled up into the “master” account with a sum of all sales from all 90.  Is there a video, documentation, or IFS Academy course to explain this? 

Dear  All,I’m reaching out to your expert advice on  the below matter .This issue is relating to obligatory  e-invoicing in Poland (Related with  Polish localisation.)Customer is currently using IFS Apps 10 UPD 17 (prod) (Test environment is in upd 21 and customer had not updated prod  to UPD21)If they upgrade to satisfy the legal requirement ,  do they have to buy additional software (pagero or any other 3rd party tool ) to complete the e- invoicing capability ?Or once they  upgrade  IFS, are they completely compliant and they  can do this new requirement just with the upgraded IFS?Thanks in advance Kind regardsUdanee 

Trying to get something usefull out of the functionality in Account Structure, but do get more and more frustrated. Does somebody out there use GL Structure Balance Analysis successfully within the IFS Client (10 or Cloud) or is it useful in Excel? Please enlighten me!  If possible give practical tips of what and how you use it?  

I am attempting to upload a budget period using the external file assistant and a template that has been provided.  When clicking finish I get an error stating the load file “contains rows with state Unpack error” -  Error Received after clicking “Finish” Below is a screenshot of the file I am attempting to upload -    When I go and view the external file transaction for the failed load, I see that row 1 is the source of the unpack error.  Specifically, it states “Invalid value format or invalid Decimal Symbol in the Loaded File.” -  

We went live with IFS in October 2025. in Consolidation, we are running the Balance Transfer Assistant to roll the internal reporting entities into consolidation. We are using Business Reporter to get a P&L. We noticed that for November the consolidation is combining October and November together when we run the Balance Transfer Assistant. We just want it to transfer November, since October has already been transferred that month. Is there a reason it is doing this?

Is anyone using OCR to import Supplier Invoices into IFS for France.  We are in contact with Ricoh and Skilja but wondered if anyone has any other options to suggest (for a small quantity of invoices). This relates to invoices coming in from suppliers outside of France.

We see that when we use one of the code part named as work task, it validates the actual work task, we are not using work task for all entity. But when we try to save any supplier invoice with work task from code part value it checks the Work task sequence on work tasks without considering the company/site logic. Is this standard application behavior? Do we have any possibility to remove the mapping for Work tasks and code part? if yes where can we do that?

Dear Team,Please help in designing the logic for one report which is generating through report generator in IFS 9. In IFS Cloud 25R1 this report generator is not available. Hence how we can create the same report using IFS Business reporter.The name of the report is IFSR5 - COST CENTERS in IFS9 . This is related to part cost-->Cost set 2- Estimated material cost.I migrated few part numbers to the system. When check the cost,I see that cost set two is not updated.I did the same few months back, but I didn’t have this issue. What could be the reason? I used to migrate part numbers.I’m using IFS app 9.  

I would like to request to consider development of an integration with Tagetik for financial consolidation.Tagetik (owned by Wolters Kluwer) is our global consolidation and reporting software. It is one of the major global providers of consolidation software. We rollup our country results in it for reporting. This is currently a semi-automated process. We have been advised to use IFS consolidation but we are a large global company and IFS cannot support consolidation requirements as we have them. 

Hello,Within the Service Management module, in the Request Contract screen we are able to define a periodic price when an invoice plan and sales part are selected. When a new service request is created and the request contract is linked to the request, the expectation is to view the periodic price added in the contract either in the request or associated task or invoice preview.But currently, the price added in the contract is not visible anywhere in the request, task or invoice preview generated. Is there a way or functionality to view this sales part periodic price added in the contract to be viewed from the linked request or invoice? Please let me know. 

I’m looking at the Received - Not Yet Invoiced report for multiple sites, with the current date as the To Date and the Part Type equal to Inventory Part. Can anyone tell me what would cause the Cost and Value columns to be sourced from the part’s estimated material cost for POs that were created up to a certain date and then to be sourced from the PO buy unit price after that date?  I’m working in a customer’s development instance and would like to understand what caused the change.

We have a customer set up for Advance Invoices requiring prepayment before the order will process.  The order was created, the advance invoice created and the order blocked.  Then the scheduled task to Batch Create Invoices picked it up and invoiced for the full amount.  The customer master record has the “Advance Invoice Full Paid Check” turned on.  How can an order that is blocked be invoiced?

Hello,We have an issue, when a supplier payment proposal contains 15 invoices for differents suppliers and the payment Advice email with attached PDF have been sent for each supplier, there is one supplier that has received the email with a PDF blank (the payment advice info not showing).We did some verifications and did not find anything unusual for this supplier. When we tried the ‘Show Document’ from Report Archive we have this error message: When we tried to preview the xml (for the same Payment Advice) via report designer, the report PDF has been generated correctly for this supplier with all payment advice info.Please see below the PDF Blank that supplier received: 

In Finance, under Posting Proposal, there is currently a button “Copy Latest Posting”. This standard functionality copies the latest invoice postings manually entered for the invoicing supplier.We would like to propose an enhancement:Add a second option "Copy my latest postings", that do the same copies the latest invoice postings manually entered for the invoicing supplier but find the latest with the logged-in user as invoice receipient. We also would like the amounts automatically adjusted to match the new invoice. Our initial investigation indicates that this could be implemented relatively easily by adding a parameter to the existing method that performs the copy. Would this be useful for other IFS customers?I think also there is already an Idea made for this 4 years ago for IFS 10… did anything happen on that? 

  Is there a way to streamline the process of creating a instant invoice(DN/CN) with a large number of line items in IFS? The current process of inputting data individually is time-consuming, and I'm looking for a more efficient approach, such as any functionality or method that allows for efficient data input, such as bulk upload or data import, to save time when dealing with extensive line item details within a single invoice.  Please refer below image.Invoioce is linked to so many GLs   

In IFS Cloud (24R2), we have a Migration Job to load our Fixed assets in. We want a custom PLSQL job to do the equivalent of clicking the “Investment” command button, but we are struggling to get this to work.We have tried running set_investment from finite_state_machine, and also by creating a background job.  Is it possible in Cloud to enter a vendor agreement that you are matchning invoices with until the amount of the agreement is used? For example if you enter a rental agreement of 4 years of lets say 48000 EUR. You are then receiving one vendor invoice per month for 4 years and since the agreement is already signed you dont need any further authorizations on the individual invoices. You would like that the invoices are deducted from the amount of the agreement until the amount is zero. This function is usually included in external applications such as Visma Proceedo. We can of course use purchase orders for this but then we will have to do a PO row per expected invoice and someone needs to do goods receipt each month. Is this possible in IFS10 or in Cloud?

Please can someone tell me what the difference between these 2 options are? What does it do differently from a finance perspective?On the example the users provided to me, they dont have the option to ‘cancel preliminary invoice’ as its greyed out but they can ‘remove credit/corr. invoice’.  Therefore i wanted to know the difference, and added to that, when would the option to cancel be active?Thank youStacy
