How do I give or remove access to an External File Type?I have a user who has access to the External Voucher Assistant, but not the file type required to use it.

I am setting up ISO payments in IFS 10 for Swedish bank Swedbank. I want to use the swedish bankgiro account both for the cash account in IFS and also for the suppliers bank account in basic dataNow testing the ISO20022 xml file comes out saying the account number is an IBAN account number which makes the file incorrectWhich field in IFS controls the tag <DbtrAcct>    <Id>   <IBAN> to be set. How can I edit the document address on an invoice that has been printed already?

Hi, When the background job runs in the evening for the invoice print, it totally blocks other print outs, especially at this time of the year when we have lots of orders going through.  We have many batch queues for background jobs, but is there a way to silo these print outs that arent even physical prints? thank you 

We installed 25R1.3 in production environment this week.. and ALL bank file handling from bank to IFS Cloud stopped.  This is critical !  Anyone here who faces the same problem ?

We have customers that will calculate the Payment term discount, e.g. 10% 10 Days Net 30 on the gross invoice amount.  I.e  they calculate on the total invoice  before discounts.  How would you do this in IFS? e.g.  Total multi line invoice:    Units Price Line Total Line 1 Sku1 24  $       1.25  $    30.00   Line 2

We are in the process of setting up Group Consolidations.  We have transferred our balances from one company to the consolidation company and then ran the Consolidation process.  When I go to the Consolidation Balance Analysis screen, the isn’t any data yet my status is showing as Consolidated.  Any ideas why we don’t have any balances?  When I look at the Reported Balance Analysis screen we have data, so I know the Transfer Balances worked correctly.   Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Do we have any option in IFS to manage lessor accounting? The customer has two companies configured in IFS — one operating as the lessee and the other as the lessor. While the standard lease module supports lessee accounting, how can we handle the lessor side? Any workaround or alternative approach would also be appreciated.

Hello,There is a PostedAuth customer invoice where the invoice’s Instalment Plan and Discounts Instalment ID status is set to ‘Created’, and therefore, the invoice cannot be used in payments. I have identified a discrepancy concerning a part with dual values in the system. Upon receipt of the shop order, the total cost was updated to $841.8577. However, reviewing the individual shop order part reveals the issuing total cost is only $728.9187. Could you please provide the reason for this variance.

We are currently operating on Cloud and are evaluating financial reporting options as Business Reporter is proving to be a bit inefficient.  I am curious about other offerings and would like to hear what other users are leaning on for financial reporting capabilities. Is anyone using programs or offerings outside of Business Reporter?  If so - how was implementation of the software to Cloud and are you ultimately happy with your choice?

Hello every one, We have a scenario where a preposting is assigned to the purchase order line. In some cases, this value may be empty, but it will be know once the invoice is received.When matching the purchase order with the invoice, we are unable to edit the code in part I field. Any idea how to activate the edit of this value from the posting proposal page? thank you in advance

We have the following PO which we are trying to invoice, with 2 part lines and one charge line.    When we enter a supplier invoice for it, no matching occurs and we are not sure why.  I would greatly appreciate any thoughts on what the issue could be or any suggestions on how to resolve.   

Dear Community,we’ve encountered an issue with the customer invoice printout in IFS Cloud. When the invoice is printed for the first time, the "Remaining amount to pay" field does not reflect the correct value, although the invoice is fully settled and the correct remaining amount should be zero.However, if we reprint the invoice after any modification, the summary section displays correctly - the remaining amount is updated to €0.00, as expected.We are using advance payments that are properly matched and deducted on the invoice. The error seems to affect only the initial print of the document.Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or found a workaround? We would appreciate any insights or guidance.Thank you!

It works for a small company with one employee; however, for Norautron AS, the process fails even when attempting to export data for just one month.  

Hi Community,We are observing an issue regarding the creation of voucher rows with zero amounts in the General Voucher (Voucher Type: M / Mahsup).Specifically, the system is generating voucher lines for 800-series accounts (Cost Accounting / Reflection Accounts according to Turkish Uniform Chart of Accounts). These lines contain the Account Code but have 0 (zero) in both "Currency Amount" and "Amount" fields.Impact: Since we are subject to Türk Legislation, we must generate e-Ledger (e-Defter) files. The e-Ledger validation strictly rejects any voucher line with a zero amount, causing our official ledger submission processes to fail.Questions: Is there a specific System Parameter or Posting Control setup (e.g., related to Cost Allocation or Period End Closing) that might trigger the creation of these empty rows?

During our physical inventory we run we a count report and work to count the pieces in the warehouse and transcribe that information into the count per count report screen of IFS.Frequently we find there are parts on the shelf in a location that do not exist on the count sheet.Since we do not physically relocate any product during PIOur process is to then manually add the parts into IFS using the Count per Inventory Part, one part to one location at a time.This is quite manual and slow. Does anyone have a more sophisticated way to add these into the count sheets?External file loads or a different screen? 

We have a supplier with whom we have a contract to keep a qty of their product on hand (consigned) and upon consumption we notify them for replenishment.  They then Invoice us for the consumed product.  This all works great in IFS, as the consumption decreases from the receipt (original shipment of their consigned product) upon invoicing. However, we would like the ability to actually see the consumption (number/id?) that is decreasing the receipt.  This will be helpful to see this when linking to the invoice.  IFS is decreasing the receipt, so it is using the consumption transaction.  I’m hoping it is there somewhere, but we just do not know where it is located.  Thank you

Does anybody know how to log acknowledgement of a payment proposals? Our auditor raised the absence of it as a finding. Switching on history logging is the obvious answer but if this is needed for compliance it would have to be in the standard. Are we missing something?

Dear All,How can you match a customer payment that's give in a CAMT.053 file when no Bank account is given? A customer of mine received a CAMT.053 that contains a customer payment See below. We went live with IFS in October 2025. in Consolidation, we are running the Balance Transfer Assistant to roll the internal reporting entities into consolidation. We are using Business Reporter to get a P&L. We noticed that for November the consolidation is combining October and November together when we run the Balance Transfer Assistant. We just want it to transfer November, since October has already been transferred that month. Is there a reason it is doing this?
