@Alexander Heinze probably you’ll be able to answer this one.

Is there any way to handle subcontracting usecase in NGSM using Requests? In ESM/EAM you can have subcontractors added to the work orders → generate Purchase Orders → contractors could execute the Work Task using B2B portal.

In NGSM 24R2 I couldn’t find anything similar. If this feature is not available yet, do you have any idea if it’s on the roadmap?

We just published the roadmap for 25R1 and 25R2, contractors are a big topic. 24R2 added bucket resources that can be associated to the new service contractor entity (which can be linked to a supplier), so that planning and scheduling are possible. Execution will be supported by a new portal, in the meantime you could use backoffice or API.

Thanks @Alexander Heinze . Didn’t know about Service COntractor entity. Will try it out and see how it works with Purchasing from Request Work Tasks.
