Hi,

This is more of a service process than Finance process.

If I remember correctly, the price list in the service side is used for the pricing. Price lists allow quantity breaks.     Did you check the noted price list and check for the quantities and valid to dates?   See the price list screen. The service side will list a price that that is being used for that billing.

If your price list is correct (quantity and valid dates) then log a support ticket.

I was part of testing some time ago, and it was working, however this is an area that has seen recent development, meaning that your issue (assuming the data is good) could be something that needs to be reported to support.

Best regards,

Thomas

I am getting this same error message our customer environment, not sure yet if I am doing something wrong. It doesn't seem like I am doing something wrong.

Perhaps there is an update on this error? Did you raise an IFS case?

Hi I also get this is error

The credited service line will end up as a negative quantity on the CO

The customer is connected to a price list with the same credited sales part in there with min qty is 0…it cant be negative on price list,...

If i disconnect the price list from the customer the credit works….

Either there is a (new) setting somewhere or it is a bug.
