Read Multiple Values Projection Delegate

We are unable to retrived all customers using BPA projection delegateI have recreated the issue with simple workflow  The Get Clients is a Projection Delegate from CustomersHandling.CustomerInfoSet with no filters.All clients should be recovered. When inspecting i encouter the following error :  Red Eye : Black eye : Any idea please?

Update the VendorNo with Workflow

Hello,I am trying to update the value VendorNo from the CustomerOrderSet with using the BPAs.I have created below diagram:In the first block I am reading customer order: In the condition block I am checking if the customer order is from the DE country In the 3rd step I am updating the VendorNo:In last block I am Re Reading Customer Order When I am Inspecting the Diagram with Customer Order Number the operation is successed and I am not getting any errors:If I activate the workflow and open the Customer Order and query for orders I am getting this error: Do you have any suggestion or ideas what I am doing wrong?

Appointment Booking in PSO

Hi All,We use FSM and PSO to schedule all field service work in our business.We used appointment booking in 360 with Metrix 5 (old names for PSO/FSM) about 10 years ago but quickly reverted to fixed resource and fixed commitment tasks and turned appointment booking off due to its poor reliability at that time. Basically it didn’t work.We are now on FSM U27 and the latest PSO version and are considering looking once again at appointment booking. I though it worth asking on here if any of you use it with FSM/PSO and if your experience has been a positive one.Thanks in advance for any feedback.Barry

Dispatch Console does not display the actual assignment time

Dear community, We are currently implementing IFS Cloud Service Management with PSO running in the back to support our Field Service activities. We are using IFS Cloud 24R1 and PSO 6.13 One of our test cases is designed to ensure that Dispatchers have a correct view on the actual Work Assignment duration, especially when a task has started, but is taking more time then initially foreseen.We have observed that Dispatch Console always shows the initial duration and the “extra time” as blank, while PSO does display it more accurately. See screenshots below.Our intension is to have our dispatchers use only Dispatch Console, not a combination of 2 UI for simplification reasons. Abandoning Dispatch Console and settling for PSO is not an option we want to consider.My aim is to understand the behavior of Dispatch Console and try to understand if this is by design or if this is related to missing data, or something else. Ps. The work task in our tests are location less tasks, which explains why

Does IFS Document Management support attachment parsing for text documents WORD or PDF? basically the system to be able in examining the data present in a document like keywords and other text to make it available for SEARCH ? If this capability is not available ? are we going to include it as a model in Copilot for future releases?  is this on the Roadmap?

Updating values in IFS cloud

Hello, How can I update data in one column without using UPDATE statement? In this column I have some date values in format for example 01-DEC-24, or 03-JAN-23 but also some NULL values and I want to change those values to null with using SELECT statement, but I am not sure how can I change the data in existing column. My SQL command works but I am not sure if I can update existing column in entity configuration through + icon. Thanks

IFS Cloud - Change restricted access (document management)

Hi all, I would need to change every document that is uploaded into the IFS environment so they would have restricted access. I have managed to find an option that will change one selected document (also an option that effects newly imported documents), but I would need to change every single one which is already uploaded. When I try to edit documents in document revisions I do not see such an option in editing window, is something like this possible? Or is the only way to do it a migration job? Thanks for your help.

Fixed Asset purchase when object in active status

Hello, I am trying to process a supplier invoice to a fixed asset object that is active. Can you explain the process to me please? I’ve sorted this problem by adding a new object and linking it back to the original fixed asset. Now I need to know if I have to back out the supplier invoice to change the object ID or can I change it where the erroneous error occurs?

Charged quantity is higher than the invoiced quantity

Hi All,Getting the below error when matching the receipts in a manual supplier invoice. Checked the following windows.Purchase order part lines tab. Purchase Order Charges tab. Purchase Order matching window. The receipt quantity is shown as 2 for the charges.Is there any reason for that to happen? Thank you.Kind regards,NishaniF

Looking for IFS Academy Class Recommendations

Hi!Last year we upgraded to IFS 10 UPD 14. I have been tasked with getting all our miscellaneous data transfers to go through Connect and to make use of the Rest API functionality as mush as possible. I signed up for the “RESTful API Integration Development - IFS Applications 10” session and I’m working through that.  But I have found that my 2009 IFS Dev training is rusty and out of date.  What are some other dev trainings that might be useful for me in this effort.  Thanks~Dan

Intrastat report generation misleading

Hello everyone. The IFS standard way of getting the information for the intrastat reporting is to retrieve the data (including the statistical data, amounts...) from the orders ; customer orders and purchase orders. Two clients of us told us the legal requirement was that the report should be based on invoiced articles (and not ordered ones). Did you encounter this question? If so, did you manage to find a workaround? Kind regards,Sara

What is the limit of lines on a customer invoice in IFS Cloud?

Is there a limit to the number or customer order lines that can be invoiced at one time in IFS Cloud? I have an order with 322 lines that needs to be invoiced. The Quick Order Flow, Batch Create Customer Invoice and Create Customer Invoice tools all fail with the same error, “At least one invoice line must be entered before saving invoice”. I am able to create individual shipment invoices.

Customer Order Line Planned Ship Date

When manually adding customer order lines, the planned ship date is calculated and updated automatically and takes into consideration the external transport lead time. If we add customer order lines using the CustomerOrderHandling.svc/CustomerOrderLineSet api the planned ship date is not calculated/updated based on the external transport lead time. If we manually update the external transport lead time, the planned ship date will update. How do we have IFS update the planned ship date without the manual intervention?

We have a problem.A customer paid  invoices in EUR , but the invoice had a different currency issued.  When the invoice was closed, the exchange rate difference was booked as a CUPOA. How do we close the CUPOA and book the amount as a gain / loss ?

Void supplier checks disappear from bank reconciliation-IFS10 UPD 16

Good afternoon, We issued checks in July and, because they weren’t cashed, they showed on the Bank rec as unmatched (printed on Jul 31).Today we needed to void 70141 and 70186, but when we went back to July reconciliation they don’t show on the list anymore. Is that expected behavior? I thought they would still be visible in July rec because at that time they were in Cashed status. We are doing bank reconciliation following below steps, are we missing something?Thanks,Cora

Issue with a code string when matching invoice with return transaction

Dear Colleagues,maybe you’ve encountered similar issue and will be able to explain such a behaviour of the system IFS10 EE. When matching invoice with return for credit transactions system displays an error of wrong requirements for a delivery account (95%00). The issue is that one of code string value is missing - in our company it’s a mandatory Cost Type. After checking the return transactions (NRETCREDIT) in Distribution and Manufacturing Posting Analysis it turns out that Cost Type is present in all of them and they are transferred without errors. However, Cost Type was missing in the original transactions of arrival (ARR-NONINV).   Error does not occur if original transactions have Cost Type and invoice is matched with return for credit transactions without problems, acquiring all necessary code string code part values.  For me such a behaviour is confusing as correction invoices refer to return transactions not original ones. Is it possible to use a .NET Print Agent with APPS8?

We currently run the print agent from APPS8 and have run into many problems. We suspect that it has to do with the version of windows server we are using (2019). It used to run fine on WinServer 2008, but due to security reasons we have been forced to move to WinServer 2019. They want us to move to a more current version but I fear the problems will persist, or even get worse.The first printer defined on the APPS8 agent prints fine. Other printers defined in the config file, create a file with the name of the last printer port defined. I suspect if we could use the newer .NET print agent, it would not have the same problem. However, I don’t know if it would be compatible with APPS8, or if there is even a way to get it without having APPS10.Any suggestions would be welcome.

[ CONTRACT CHANGE MANAGEMENT & SALES CONTRACT ] - Error message after Service Update

Hi allThe customer hasn’t contract change management. And this module hasn’t been setup and deployed.The customer has setup Sales Contract.After a service update, it’s not possible to create and save a Sales Contract, because users have the error message  “the CCO_CHANGE_CAPTURING LEVEL field has not been populated”.The field is not available in the Sales Contract Windows.It is not possible to add the field, from the Navigator page. Is it a Bug ? or something the partner forgot ? Thanks

Purchase order prefix not fetched

Hi, I have an issue where a user (coordinator) creates orders that suddenly stopped following the Purchase order prefix starting with “P”. As you see below the user has created orders starting with P but the orders started inheriting the Requisition numbers (179 and 189 below.) .  User is in coordinator group “K” Coordinator groups looks like this where “K” should have prefix “P” för purchase orders. Does it have to do with Purchase roder no 99 in some way?  Thanks! BREmma

Permission sets - Apps 10 and IFS Cloud

When new Presentation objects are granted in Apps 10, this expands to grant APIs as required.Where is this information stored within the application ? Similarly, when granting Projections in IFS Cloud, this also expands to include affected pages etc.Where can I find this information in IFS Cloud ? Many thanks.
