Hi, How to close the Project with open Customer Invoices. These payments are not expected to come or if it comes then Project can be reopen. As of now, requirement is to close the project. Any idea, how it can be done.

Getting Error while uploading attachment in mobile application

Hi Team,I’m using the Attachment functionality in mobile to capture attachments for ESCALATION table.From the mobile screen by using the Attachment icon of (user_def13 field inside escalation table).After uploading an attachment and while saving the record , the data inserted in to user_def13 field as a negative integer value such as -1, -2, etc., in the DB instead of the filepath.To solve this issue, we followed the below steps:1-We created a table called "c_escalation_attachment."2-In that, we added columns attachment ID, escalation ID, and c_user_def1.Then, we mapped the relationship, one with the escalation table and one with the attachment table.Then, in the default definition, we mapped c_user_def1 with the attachment_name of attachment table.After that, we also mapped the c_escalation_attachment table in the escalation table.Then, in the mobile version, we added the same c_user_def1 as the attachment field and tried to insert the data again.After filling in the data and submi

EDI Setup Error Message

Hi All,Wondering if someone can help me with EDI messages please?I'm currently trying to setup to send messages via EDI to one of our suppliers, I've put the details in Supplier/Message Setup and under Setup Connectivity, but is there anywhere else that I need to enter settings for this to work, every time I go to send the test message, I get this error Message class is wrong or missing.Does anyone have any documentation for how to set this up correctly or can anyone help with it please?ThanksSteve

Workflow Designer Issue in Edge

I am having the below issue in Edge. I am up to date on Edge updates. I have this issue on multiple computers and in all of our environments. Another user has the same issue and a third doesn’t. Does anyone know of what may be causing this issue? I do not have the issue in Chrome.

In Cloud 24R1,The Employee and Manager Self Service LTU IC15200 provides access to the Quick Clockings Reporter function to Report In - Out Clockings.If a User is allocated an Employee and Manager Self Service LTU licence, would the customer still need to have a Time Reporting Time Clock Licence IC15201 for each user ?

Hi any idea what would be the api we need to write to pull data when the stop code is “resolved “ im able to pull data when the stop code is “waiting for parts” with the below , but dont get any jobs with resolved stop codes. AIAG Labels and Wadaco

A customer has encountered a possible problem with how AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group_ B-10 labels are handled by WADACO. The bar codes on the labels start with an identifier that relates to the data in the bar code. For example. the letter “P” is added to the front of the bar code for the part number. Unfortunately, WADACO sees the “P” as the start of the part number and returns an invalid part number response.Have any of you encountered this issue and if so how did you handle it? Some suggestions have been a BPA or a customization but I have always tried NOT to do any of those with WADACO.Thanks! Below is an illustration of the issue!

Subsidies / Discount for customer orders

Hello,Some of our customers receive subsidies from organizations.If the subsidy covers, for example, 20% of the order amount, we need to invoice 20% of the item's price to the funding organization. How can we manage this in IFS?Is it necessary to create two orders for the same item—one with an 80% discount for the organization and another with a 20% discount for the customer?If two orders are created, how can we communicate to the customer that the 20% discount is linked to a subsidy provided by the organization? Unit Cost updated from esimated shop order cost

Hi All, When using the inventory cost setting; Standard Cost, Cost per Part, Zero Cost ForbiddenIn previous releases of IFS, you was forced to calculate cost and copy to cost set one, before receipt of the part as inventory value zero was not allowed. The calculation of cost and set standard cost is a fundamental concept for many companies. We are now running IFS Cloud 23R2 and notice that you are not forced to calculate and set standard cost anymore, is that a new parameter implemented to get old logic to be used?I have read release notes from App 10 and later but haven’t found anything related to this issue. To set Unit Cost based on estimated shop order cost when first received is not accepted by all controlers.

Master Schedule Item - Action Proposals

We have turnkey finished good items that are MS items with MS Demand since they are directly forecasted. The issue is when these items are purchased, they do not get action messages like MRP items do - MRP Action Proposals.For example - we will order the MS item based off demand. When the demand changes and the delivery date may need to be advanced, pushed out or if there is no more demand it would need to be canceled, we do not see these messages.We see Early Order, Late Order or Remove order in MRP Action Proposals and would like to see the same messages for MS items. Maybe there is a different way to set up these items so they are not MS and we can forecast them and see the MRP Action Proposals? We are in IFS Cloud

Dear All, we want to use the Excel Addin as Transport Tool to Create or Update Customer Order / Sales Quotation Lines. Now when we use the Excel Add In we have to do the following Steps:1.Open Excel 2 .Open Excel Addin and Login 3. Choose the Migration Job 4. A Popup Window if we want to Load in Same Sheet or in a new SheetWith these 4 Steps we have then the data entry Colums and van work with Search, Validation an Execution.We want to get rid of the Steps 3 and 4. Furthermore we want to Save an Excel with the alrady loaded Data Entry Colums and already Choosen Data Migration Job. Has anybody an idea if it it possible to do so? As an Alternative we would like to Automate the steps.Any Ideas? Thanks Stefan

Will there always be MRP make entries in MRP Part Information and Inventory Part Availability Planning for phantom parts? I guess they are needed for the correct explosion of demands to the next level, but users think it is confusing since they will not create any shop order requisitions.

LOV key filter another entity

Hello Community,I’m still a beginner with IFS Cloud, and I need your help with the page designer. For reference, we are using version 24R1.I am trying to add a LOV (List of Values) in an IFS table to display related data. Specifically, on the Sub Contract Indemnities screen, I’d like to display the lines for Revision and Items.To do this, I created a persistent field in the IndemnityRequest entity. However, when I try to access the values in the page configuration, I cannot retrieve the data I need, such as the keys that would allow me to filter values. Interestingly, if I concatenate the keys in the displayed values, I can access them.The issue is that from this point, I don’t know how to use them because I’m unsure if there are any functions available to extract substrings based on a character separator and position.Do you have any tips?Either a way to get the fields required to set up the Data Source Aggregate Refs. Or a method to extract concatenated substrings.Thank you in advance

Consolidated Price based on Total Quantity ordered on Sales Quotes and Customer Orders

In IFS Procurement in Apps10, where Min Qty based SFPP Price List Lines exist, there is an RMB option to select Consolidate Price Calculation on the PO header. So where the total quantity of a Part across multiple PO Lines reaches the next Min Quantity, IFS will enter/ this unit price across all lines (basing the price on the total quantity order of a Part on a PO, not the quantity at line level). Is there a similar facility on Sales Quotations and Customer Orders that achieves the same result, i.e. sets the sales price based on the total quantity of the part that exists on the same quote/order, but across multiple lines? I know Agreements and Sales Price List Lines can have different min quantities and prices for the same part, however surely there is a facility to base Customer pricing based on the consolidated quantity per Quote or Order ?

Mass issue inventory par from project materiels and services

Hi Community, I have a question regarding the project module. On the materials and services screen, I have some misc parts that I will supply using MRP. Once the reservation of the parts done, is there any option to do issue in mass all the parts ? It seems that the option is only available for each line individually. There is a possibility to create a project pick list but it seems to be a report and not linked to any logistic process. Any idea or suggestion regarding this process ? Thanks,

Document offloading from FTP to Azure Blob storage

Hi ,As part of the cloud migration project from App9 to IFS Cloud, we need to know how to transfer documents from APP9 FTP to Cloud Azure Blob.Currently, documents are stored on FTP, and we hope to move them to Cloud Azure Blob.We recently updated 24R1 to our Cloud environment, therefore FTP will no longer be supported in the future, so we'd need to know how to migrate the document from FTP to Azure Blob Storage.Is there anyone who has done this before? We are an IFS managed cloud customer, and we want to know if this is doable. Sales Contract Planned Revenue Issue

Dear Colleagues,I encountered an issue with Sales Contract reporting Planned Revenue. There are 4 contracts and only one does not report Planned Revenue. The settings are the same - posting rules, Revenue Codes, definiton of items, etc. TEST is the last one which I created from the scratch with the same settings as W-0002. The prerequistions for reporting Planned Revenue seem to be fullfilled: Any ideas for further checking are very welcome :)Thanks in advance.
