I previously used the POS environment and uninstalled it using the PSO installer. After that, I uninstalled the IIS and reinstalled the PSO. It installed without error. Hi,Historically we’ve always set the place_id_from on Part Usage to that of the FOR_STOCK value of the person record creating the part usage. At the minute we have a number of resources assisting different area’s due to the seasonality of various locations.We have built a process that see’s the resource is working out of a different location for set days, and as part of this process we’re triggering an update to mobile to perform_replication_for_table_and_person on the PERSON_PLACE Table. When this runs I can check the device and query that table for the data, and it shows correct. The problem I am having is that even though the table on the mobile has been truncated, when the technician is looking to use a part it’s trying to use from the previous place and not the new data that shows after receiving the update.Am I doing something wrong, or is my understanding of what should happen after invoking that perform message. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Ady

We are considering using the Repair Board in FSM U27. We currently use Repair Centre. From what I can see, the Repair Board is only present in the Smart Client and not the Web Client. Is that the case or is some menu configuration required to see it in the Web Client?Thanks,Barry
Hi everyone, Context: The need is to derive the team responsible for the area/polygon and store that same team in the task, being that the FSM will receive only the coordinates (latitude and longitude). The information that is present in the FSM are the coordinates of the extremities of each polygon and the team responsible for it. Objective: Every time a task is created without indicating the team responsible, the FSM, through the coordinates (latitude and longitude) it receives, identifies in which polygon these are inserted, and if it matches, updates this information in the task. Hi Experts,In FSM mobile there is this paper click icon where we can upload attachments saved in the mobile storage.When I launch this, it will direct to the mobile storage BUT non of the files are visible here. I would expect this should allow us to attach different file type such as pdf, txt, docx, jpg etc but none of them are shown though the files are actually exists in the storage.What is causing this issue, I have given Storage permissing also no Blacklist for these file types? But files exists in the folder. I check all other folders as well but nothing is shown.Thanks,Kasun
Is it possible to create a custom field that would allow for a working link to a network file location.I can create a custom field where I can store a url for an internet location, and that works fine. But have not been able to get a network location link to work.have tried file://path and file://///path Currently they are using Sticky Notes for this information, which is less than IDEAL since this is not secure in that anyone can delete them, but also since sticky notes will be deprecated in Cloud, the information would not be transferable in the upgrade. Any alternatives would be appreciated….

In PSO, when a user is given the default permissions, they can view all the details of a specific resource—such as the ID, mobile number, and location—within the RESOURCES section under SCHEDULING. I want to restrict what the user can see, so they can only view certain details that I choose, instead of everything. Is there a way to control or limit these viewing permissions for resources?
