Hi Team, In Service Management screen we create request and task as per customer complain and users can see all the task created by us can we do a customization which will restrict the user to see only assigned task to them. They can not see the others task which was not assigned to them.I need to Implement the same functionality(search criteria) in mobile under Transferred Tasks/Work Assignments module. Let me know in case you need any clarification. ThanksHimanshu

Hi All,I have a requirement to display a custom table field in mobile stock tab detail screen in which the there is a relation between the custom table and stock_bin table via place_id field (which is the primary table of the screen).Please help me with the further steps to do and in Stock_bin sync rule I have added the join constraint with the custom table. Regards,Lavanya

Hi Experts, There is a situation where inbound messages are coming to FSM through FSM Connect. I would like to confirm whether is real time sync is possible via FSM connect and if so, what would be the time gap is it 1s or 2s?  Thanks,Heshala.

Hi Experts,There is a sceanario for a customer as following.When a specific part is requested by technician through FSM mobile, a part need is created and it will be issued to the mobile.When part need is issued normally stock amount is reduced from the location and added back to technician's location.Could you please advise me is there anyway that i can restrict the addition of stock quantity into technician's location.Thank you for your support.Regards,Heshala.

After installing FSM 6 Update 22,  we found that Integrations that create a new Request or update an old one stopped working.The Place-related integrations work fine.A feature of the problem is that the integration works without any changes.No transactions in the integration log.I did not receive any response to my question to the Customer Engagement Center.Please advice.

Hello, We are implementing buckets in PSO. Can any body help me on below requirements:How to set zipcode/postalcode to restrict task to assign to bucket? How to assign first task of the request to bucket not the second task? How to set Preference of Normal technician over Bucket resource in PSO for scheduling? Thanks in advance!  

Our customer has PSO installed on its Azure subscription. On a daily basis we are getting multiple times and from multiple componend (IFSDSE, IFSABE,...) a failure to connect to the database.With the Rendered description stating: “The specified HTM matrix is not licensed. Using straight line travel. AppInstance: EUR Account: 10.0.0.4 Dataset: Default EPF”Does anyone have any experience with this error and to what could it be related?Thanks

Hi, Does the current API used in FSM for creating and updating entities (same API that we use on the XML Poster) , does it have an WSDL and also XML schema available, public or able to be extracted in some way?  The goal here is to be able to provide to an external system that is comunicating with FSM so they can import the WSDL/XML schemas from FSM to their system (in this case I am comunicating with SAP and they asked if such was possible to be extracted). Best regards,Joao Martins

I duplicated the timesheet here into the checklist, so the entity is also copiedEntity that Checklist is using isThis is the same entity copied from Timesheet tab. Now, when I am configuring some fields in this, it is getting configured in Timesheet tab too which I don’t want. Ex. I am making hrs as non mandatory in checklist but don’t want that change in Timesheetso Do I need to create another entity & how?

Hi All,We have exported the configuration using configuration Extractor so in the zip folder we have received both xml and sql files but when we are trying to import the same package its giving me the error as attached. We have tried to export the files but how can we Import the sql files as system is allowing only xml files to import.

In IFS apps 10 Aurena there are different ways to create a Fault report and the result is also different:Creating from Technician portal: A work task is automatically connected to the work order Creating from Maintenance / Work Management / Initiation: No work task is connected to the work order.Is there any way to prevent the creation of work task when Fault report is initiated from Technician portal? The reason for this is that I instead want the work task to be created by adding a sufficient work task template to the work order.

HiI applied few absence requests , which I confirmed & approved but while authorizing it, it shows me below, please guide on thisAlso, these absence requests are not visible in dispatch console though it seems it is integrated in dispatch console 

HiI created a team and associated a resource group with that. I am using that team as filter on work task screen expecting that it will filter the tasks which are assigned to this team (resource group 25) but it does not show anything. I have some tasks assigned to this group though.  

A user gets randomly this message: Error: Http failure response for api/fsm/hierarchySelect:0 Unknown Error.The message can appears when changing task status (to “Reviewed”),  click hyperlink from Task result list to go a task, adding a note on a task, etc. Do you know what cause the issue?

hiIs there a way to give access to a page to a user/role with some fields restricted? Ex.If i need to disable the assign work button for some roles, is it possible? I know that this page can be made visible/not, can be made read only/update but at field level on a page, can we restrict for some roles?  

hiIn FSM in IFS, In technician portal, I can see only standard service tasks not all. Also, I saw an unassigned task in technician portal but when I assigned that task to resource 406404, it is not showing up in technician portal under Assigned.
