Hi All, currently we are facing an issue with assignments  in PSO  if  technician  location is  too far to the activity location , activates are not allocating to the technicians. Actually we have two types of work orders  one is on -site and remote . we want remote  activates  need to assign to technician irrespective of  Distance .(Task will done from home so here  we don't want to consider travel  calculation to assign activates ). we are using HTM  if we disable this parameter it will  applicable globally  and we are sending only scheduling data from FSM to PSO no ARP .Could you please any one suggest on this which way can we achieve this scenario.
