IFS Cloud/PSO - Work Order Journal User details on changes made in PSO SWB

Question

When a user updates a PSO Activity in the Scheduling Workbench (e.g. change duration, fixt time etc.) an update is sent to Cloud. In some environments the Journal page in Prepare Work Order shows this change being made by the end user, in others it shows as being made by the IFSSCHEDULING user.
Is there any setup/configuration that is needed to ensure that the Journal entry is linked to the logged on user rather than the integration user (IFSSCHEDULING)?

That’s an interesting question. I’m not aware of a setting on PSO but one thing you could check is the user being specified in the Activity_Status update being passed back to cloud on the workbench broadcast (Activity_Status.reason).
