Do you know where I can disable the options marked with green, under the Profile drop-down in header in Web Client?

Seems like this is not possible to achieve at this time. I suggest you opene a support call and address the issue and/or open an enhancment request in the idea forum.
Read some more details - In Technician Portal, we want remove the global search, question mark icon and the list of status showing on clicking the name | IFS Community
