Is there any way possible we can filter FTs based on their skills in schedule board?

Are you referring to FSM, IFS Cloud Dispatch Console or PSO Workbench?

Hi @ERCZYADSAH ,

Unfortunately, you cannot filter out by the skill(s) of a technician but you may able to filter out technicians based on their skills.

 

But even in that, there is a problem of showing technicians with expired skills unfortunately. I am not quite sure if that was fixed in latest versions but in UPD16 it wasn't.
