Work Assignment stuck in Work Started Status

Ignored Faile Transaction -----ACSTARTLATERTHANACFINISH: Assignment Start/Work Start cannot be later than Assignment Finish/Work Finish.

 

1)Completed work order in mobile.

2)Work Assignment stuck in Work Started status not moving to work done status.

3)Transferred to mobile column is NO.

3)This work task is showing up in Ignored Failed Transactions.

4)Under the Planning Schedule section,  Actual Finish column value is updated .

Unable to change the work assignment status to Work Done in IFS because of the following error-→

 

It is not allowed to change the status when the work assignment is downloaded to a mobile.

 

 

Solutions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We have the same issue as well, ran a report on the table JT_EXEC_INST_CACHED_DATA_TAB and it does show the Status_Locked = ‘TRUE’ but cannot delete the transaction due to restrictions in IFS Cloud.

If there is a resolution, that would be great as the issue seems to occur repeatedly even if we do a data repair.

    Hi,

    Did you try Canceling the work assignment from the ‘Transferred Tasks/Work Assignments’ page?

    Just a suggestion to try out.
    This option will only be enabled based on the task status.

    Thank you both for the response. Really appreciate it.

     

    The problem is Transferred to Mobile -- column on the (Work Task--Assignments) tab is always set to TRUE even after completing the work from MWO.

     

    ​@BUJA  This option is only effective when there are no Time Reports associated with the Work Task.

    As a workaround, we are currently:

    • Unlocking the work assignment (Status_Locked = 'FALSE')
    • Manually updating the Work Task assignment status to COMPLETED

    This issue is occurring across multiple Work Tasks, resulting in significant manual rework to correct Work task/ assignment statuses.
