When using the map button on the schedule board screen in the webclient, error code populates the screen, "http failure response"What would cause this http error?  

I have the lastest MWO app (28 oct 2021) and use it with IFS Cloud 21R1.I can make calls and hear the ringing sound on the mobile device but I cannot hear the person in the backoffice. The other way round, the person in the office can hear the mobile engineer.Is this expected behavior or should there be sound (which I expect when I look at the Cimcorp demo video).Does anyone have any suggestions besides checking if all volume controls are on ;-)

We use the expense functionality per mWO task. No problem to add a new expense. During the adding we see the description of the category correctly.However when accepting the expense we return to the overview of earlier raised expenses and only the category code is shown.Looking at the page designer I see the following:At (1) we see the cost category and either (2) or (3) contain CostCategoryRef.DescriptionCan someone share some light where CostCategoryRef.Description is coming from, so I can find out if there is something missing (in this case the description of the category). I would expect something like ‘400 - External Cost’I do see the ‘400 - External Cost’ while preparing a new expense line

When I enter a cost category against an expense in mWO I see the following:After I save it, the list of entered expenses is shown:Odd in this screen, the cost category is shown, but not the description of the category.I've tried to use a custom field (for LU JtTaskTransaction) to get the description in place, but for a reason unclear to me this is not shown. I have to sync and initialize to make the description in the list shown.As per definition inistialization is bad as this will clear any waiting transactions in the local database on the mobile solution, iPad in my case. Anyone an idea what could be a solution?@IFS: would be great if the description is shown together with category code (such as customer number and name in other places of the app).

Hi Community, Our customer has requirement to Edit the attached document to WO or WO steps in the mobile App side. We are using version App10. Is there an option here or coming in future versions. Thanks and regards,DJ

If we happen to need to restart the IIS web site for our TouchApps server, then TouchApps no longer works (503 error when loading customer portal page)

When trying to login from Aurena Scan it 10 the following was shown : Reference : IDP-fu9S0W23xyg4 Code : IDP_PROTOCOL_FLAW Message : Request failed to fulfil protocol requirements Information : Invalid redirect URL  After the investigating the Issus i found the customer’s middleware server console didn't have the redirect  URI ifs-ifsaurenascanit10://auth configuration added . But after adding the configuration the issue still hasn't been solved Can anyone please advise? 

while accessing Microsoft Office applications on my Windows pc 0x00000020 , I’m getting some kind of error code or error message , I have tried few online repair to get rid of this issues but not getting any true result. While accessing Microsoft Office applications like Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint I’m facing this issue with my computer and laptop.

In the Summary screen(DebriefSignature) there is a “Tick mark button” . Once we click on it, it asks to complete the task YES or NO as pop up. I want a validation on it and don’t want this pop up to come up. But in Mobile we have options to add ‘BUTTON_SAVE’, ‘BUTTON_ADD’, ‘BUTTON_NEXT.’  I added the BUTTON_NEXT and put a validation on it(Event Type : Override).  As I don’t want the pop up to come up so I chooses the Event Type : Override  instead of Validation . I checked the “Tick mark button” is working as per the client script tagged to the BUTTON_NEXT.  But one thing I observed the technician signature is not getting added once I click on   “Tick mark button”.  It is getting added once I make the Event Type : validation. But in validation I am getting POP up which is not required. Can any one help me in this what is script written behind  “Tick mark button” . So that I can add this in my script to get it validate as well as I can save the tech signature. 

Hi Community, at a Customer we discovered the problem that tasks assigned to a ressource and send to mobile are not synchronized anymore. We discovered in the debugger that two values are NULL in the transaction, but we could not find out why.  The funny part is, that the work tasks are transmitted to the device after re-initialization. Happy for any ideas and solution attempts. Client: Apps10/AurenaApp: Service10 BR Sven

We are working in APP 10 IFS MWO Service App with Transport tasks and encountered an issue where mobile user cannot see part/Material in "My Stock" in MWO app when a transport task is performed from warehouse to warehouse. The user has quantities available, and it did not show up in " My Stock" in MWO app and the user is unable to see material when he is doing a Material Requisition.

We developed IFS ERP modules and looking for NotifyMe application to be installed and utilized in our organization. I’m looking for a development & configuration documents to  implement the solution.   Cheers. Hatim.

Hi All,   This is on how to get a profiler report via the IEE debug console. You need plsql developer to view this report. First go to the system parameters and Check the Profiling is allowed. If not set to 'ON'. Restart the IEE.     Enable the debug console. Go to tools --> Advance --> Profile Server Invoke. In the comment section give any value. (This is useful when finding the report)   Start the session and do the steps in IEE (which you want to measure the performance bottleneck). After steps done press stop in debug console. Now log into the plsql developer. Open a new test window. Go to the profiler tab you will see the profiler report on the name given in comment field. Cheers!!!!

In the MWO Dashboard normally the count of records exist displays. But for some elements this no is not displayed at first but appears later after around 12+ seconds.    12 seconds laterHow can we identify the reason behind this? Is there a way to optimize this? Thanks in advance./Neela

The business case is the following:The technician wants to return a serialized part (old part: Parts No is known in the server, Serial No is unknown in the server) in the mWO. The part was never available on his assigned stock (warehouse) and the serial number is unknown by IFS.Situation in mWO:If I open the dropdown of field Part No, I only get a restricted list of parts. In field Serial No it is not possible to add SN which is unknown as a Part Serial. The mentioned functionality is available in IEE.Does anybody has an idea how to handle this in mWo: select all inventory parts and enter a Serial Number which is unknown by IFS, same functionality as in IEE or AurenaThanks in advance

Hi community,Product: App9 - UPD16 A customer has 24/7 service globally and they are scheduled to run Refresh All Inventory Parts twice a day. It’s running for 2+ hours sometimes (not identified the situation). Usually it runs within 10mins for them. Since they have many mobile users connecting to the system during the same time period, and since the job locks all these user sessions, the system run out of the connection pool and goes down for all users. Question:Can this job “Refresh All Inventory Parts” scheduled to be run based on site? So that they can schedule few jobs where each job runs in off-peak time for each site. Appreciate any inputs.
