my weekly calendar-based PM action work orders were not generated automatically during the 1st week of 2022.But last year's system will work perfectly. Please help us what is the reason I changed also settings of extended plan

“Work orders were not generated automatically” means I assume you are using a weekly scheduled job to execute the Work order generation in PM.

  1. If yes, verify whether there is an End date set for “PM Calendar Generation” and Active too.
  2. You need to have new maintenance plans for year 2022 check whether there are Maintenance plans for new year in affected PMs, unless use the function “Extend/Shorten Plan”.
  3. Check the connected Maintenance Calendars whether those are valid for year 2022.

Also you may try manual Calendar Generation via Navigator function and check whether it will work and generate PM actions for the selected period. If that worked then you need to revisit to the Schedule jobs and check whether those are valid and Active.
