Hi Everyone. We have a customer in India who would like to use our Primavera integration with Apps10.They are asking if they can have a quick call and see how our existing customer using the same integration to Primavera uses it.Just checking if anyone out there know of an existing customer that we can use as a reference and that we can ask for a customer call. Thank you and best regards.

HiI have a query around Condition based PM’s in Apps 8. We have a number of PM’s set up for run time hours on engines, with an interval of 250 hours connected to a test point with an accumulative parameter. This is working fine and producing work orders every 250 hours, however, what we would like to occur is a work order to be generated with a planned value of +250 from the last recorded reading, for example if the last recorded reading was 12513 the next work order planned value would be 12763. Whereas at the moment it creates a work order +250 from the planned value of the previous work order.Is this possible to achieve in Apps 8? Below is the condition set up we have:

Hi All I need a template for the following escalation rule:CcCase old state != ‘complete’CcCase new state = ‘complete’. If I set the start and end rule as discribed the dispatch action is not triggered.What is wrong here? Thx & BR Karina 

 Hi Community,we are having issue, where a mWO app user cannot see the service contract in mWo when he selected the Customer. we can't think of why..The mobile user is active, connected to proper site, has user per site .... not sure what else?we currently use MWO APPS 10, UPD9Please advise and your contribution will be helpful. Hello All,A customer in IFS Cloud 21R2 has an object connection transformation that connects the media and documents from equipment objects to the work task level as below: They have setup this correctly as when they create a work order and add an object, if we go to the task, we can see the images and documents of the object in Aurena. This means the object connection transformation works fine.However in the mobile, in My Work they do not see these attachments. This should be because in the mobile application we are dealing with JtExecutionInstance not JtTask.I understand that this was a limitation in Apps 10. Is it still the same for IFS Cloud? Are there any workarounds for this?Should we create object connection transformation for JtExecutionInstance as well?Thanks and B

Hello,  Trust we are doing fine.  For our system incident management we are using Case Management Module. Is there any way to collect client evaluation of their case resolution in IFS?  IFS APP 10, UPD 7 We will like to have something like this. Hi, One of our customer has recently reported serious problems with mWO synchronisationBelow is a log from one user In details you can see:Initialize data failed: Error when distributing INIT transaction: (ORA-00001: unique constraint (IFSAPP.MOBILE_OUT_MESSAGE_DATA_UIX) violatedORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.MOBILE_TRANSACTION_PUBLISH_SYS", line 2557ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.MOBILE_TRANSACTION_PUBLISH_SYS", line 656) Same errors have been reported previously - in log we can see the number of occurence in different days  From users point of view - they get an error on mobile device and just can’t work 

Hi Im having a strange issue in my TAS application, it seems to have an wrong time in the applicationIf i look in the trace log the timestamp is 2 hours after the application server timestamp.Is there any settings to correct this, when i do an counting in the inventory from the Scan IT mobile app i will get an error that its says session corrupted. /Kent

Hi,USING APPS 10 UPD12 - MWO MAINTENANCE 10 - 10.13.1360.0 after press complete button on mobile, fill out the fields, fault desc, Error cause desc and Performed work, the info does not sync to IEE and there is no transaction failed.  If I fill out those fields from debrief screen, it works well.Any ideas what may it be?Tks

Hi Team,I would like to know is it possible to control the access to the custom field in the MWO through user roles and rights.Business Requirement: As we are using the MWO to handle all different type maintenance work & services, some custom fields are not necessarry to be visible for all the mobile application users using MWOIFS Version : APP10

We have an issue with MWO Maintenance 10: Error Message:Sorry, but we’re having trouble with signing you in.AADSTS50011: The reply URL specified in the request does not match the reply URLs configured for the application:  ‘20b9c03e-28c2-429e-9f5a-fea6d1b27c6c’. If I download the Account Manager 10 and try creating account:enter the System ID and then the TAS URL then click Done the Microsoft login page appears where we enter the email and password then Verify identity with a text message number which is then entered, finally click Verify, it is at this point with either the MWO Maintenance 10 or Account Manager 10 that the same error message appears, shown above appears. 

Is there a good way to hide mandatory field Category from ‘Copy Customer’ function? We only use category ‘Customer’, so if I can default this value in ‘Copy Existing Customer’ function to avoid any error, that can also work.I tried to explore and revoke from permission set using ‘Database Objects’ and ‘Presentation objects by Components’ , no luckwe are using iFS10(IEE only)-UPD9.thanks

Hi all.I’m in a situation that there is a failed transaction that has been deleted and the user can do nothing with the work task assignment that remains in work started.The mobile user already initialized the app but the work task does not appear anymore and no one can change the assignment status even in IEE or in Aurena. How may I resolve this situation? Trying to change the status in IEE or Aurena with the same user got the message: “not allowed to change status when the work Assignment is downloaded to a mobile device” Apps 10 UPD8Mobile is mWorkOrder 4.8Tks for attention.  

I have only selected the resource group as a requirement for a work task. However, I cannot see the unassigned task in the My Work screen. As soon as I assign the task to myself, I also see it under my assignments. The ifsapp can also see the unassigned work. Does anyone know what permission or setting my user is missing? (Apps10)

Hello, Does anyone know what the view exported_obj_restrict relates to?  We have WO records in here related to LU_NAME = WorkOrderCoding and EXPORT_TARGET = Mobile Client Which screen can you see or manage this data in IFS? How do you get the WO out of this table again? Regards Shaun

All,we are planning on deploying the CRM Companion App for our users but the fact that Deletes are allowed in all entities on this app is a bit concerning. What is the best way to deploy this app with View only instead of updates and deletes?TIA, JP

Documentation says that Standard Task Materials can be Inventory or Purchase Parts. However, when trying to raise new Request with Purchase Part the service raises the error : The part no CM-P-01 is not an inventory partThe mentioned part is setup as Purchase Part only and connected to Standard Task, which is associated to the Service. Do we think this could be bug or could there be anything missing in the setup? Setup

Recently we noticed our image attachments connected to Work task steps from mWO Service 10 app are not saving properly. We can see the entry in the attachment pane, but when tried to view it gives an error saying the entity instance not found.In the mobile device the attachment still says ‘Waiting for Upload’.In the device log we found below entry and therefore suspect this is somehow related to document size.Exception":"<Ifs.Cloud.Client.Exceptions.CloudException><Message>ORA-20105: Max document size exceeded.<\/Message>However a picture we tried to attach is 4MB whereas the Doc Class we use allows 8MB.

We are noticing some MWO failed transaction stating; ‘ORA-20110: An error occurred when checking object-controlled document access via method WORK_ORDER_API.Get_Document_Access. Contact your system administrator to verify the methods defined under 'Object Types for Access Control'. It seems to be when an engineer creates a work order on his device. There appears to be no pattern between either engineer our customer site. Has anyone else seen this error before and any ideas what the most likely causes are?  

When the work is transferred to the mobile, the address is synced to the my work screen and it is possible to open it externally in maps by clicking the map icon by the address. The WO is connected to an Object which has a location as shown below. But the addresses are not shown ‘Show in Map’. It is always empty. The embedded maps parameter in Application Parameter window is enabled.How can I get the addresses to appear on the show in map screen?
