Schedule Board Person calendar exception screen

Hi, Is it possible to know where the person calendar exception screen is coming from when this is launched via the schedule board resource card? Is it possible to edit this screen and new user_def fields? In addition we want the exception type drop down to show the description and not the code value

My Stock in mWO Service App after changing user remote warehouse

I want to be able to switch remote warehouse easily - changing vans (having different stocks). When changing the user remote warehouse (i.e. removing and adding a new warehouse to the user) My Stock view in mWO Service App is not updated as expected: Parts that exist in the removed warehouse are displayed with quantity available 0. The parts in the new warehouse are displayed correctly. InvnetoryPartInStock in the database viewer displays just parts in the newly connected remote warehouse. This is after running synchronization rules InventoryPartInStock and UserWareHouseConnection.After also running synchronization rules for InventoryPart, UserRemoteWarehouseQuery, WareHouseBayBin still the result shows the qty available 0.It seems odd that qty available 0 is displayed, as My Stock shows available parts. Note that after initialization all parts with qty available 0 are removed from My Stock.

Understanding and using Delivery Methods in IFS Aurena Native Apps

Hi all, In APP10 several new types of delivery methods have been introduced for synchronizing data to the various Aurena Native Apps.With all these new capabillities I am curious about experiences and best practice for the setup of Synchronization Rules.Does anybody have any real life insight/experiences they could share? What has worked well, and what is not working as expected? Any documents explaing/detailing setups deviating from standard and the thoughts behind the different settings would be highly appreciated. More specifically.I would like to know if anybodyHave attempted to customize/alter Delivery methods apart from what is supported in standard. Say changing from Batch to Client Cache. What actions had to be taken? Any delimitations you need to consider? Have changed a Grouped Push into a regular Batch, if so what was the thought behind it? Dear all, If a person got a person calendar exception assigned for a dedicated time period, it is not possible to schedule a task for that time horizon → error/warning message:Using the “Is available” checkbox in the person calendar exception gives the possibility to schedule a task nevertheless.I was expecting to configure this behavior via app params or via business rules. Meaning that we can decide that even without the checkbox “is available” we could schedule tasks. But this seems not to be possible via simple baseline settings.Question:Is this a standard baseline behavior that only via “is available” checkbox in the exception tasks can be scheduled for that time period or am I mistaken and this can be configured in app params or via a business rule (or somewhere else)? The preferred solution for us would be to define only a warning message e.g.“overlapping existing exception! do you want to proceed?”which can be confirmed via yes or canceled via no. regards,Thomas

Settings for a part changed as a product when it used

Hi, On a request we have a part need (For the part : we flag: “part to product” “Asset) .We shipped the part (for example from a warehouse to a VAN tech)When we (the tech) declare the part as used in mobility, we also want that the part is considered as installed in the customer site. That is to say when we go on the Place transaction we want to see the (part) Product installed. For this scenario : what are the settings ?we thought that the flags (For the part : we flag: “part to product” “Asset) on the part transaction will allow the “release” of the part in product, but it’s not the case. what settings or steps are lacking ?Thanks for your help and regards

A Guide to Enabling Traces For Users on Mobile Work Order

We use Traces to find various issues on Mobile Work Order Apps. Essentially, what enabling Traces does is it logs every type of call (Database Calls, Application Code, Call Sequence, Stub Arguments) from Client to Server to see what happens Under the hood and Find solutions to the issue. Using traces, we can Track calls & actions from Client to Server (Backend). Enable TracesTo enable Traces, We need to select a user affected by a particular issue. On “IFS Enterprise Explorer,” please go to the “Explore Mobile User” window and Right Click on the user. Then select “Show Details.”Next, On the “Installed Apps/Devices” Tab, select the relevant device and Right Click on the Record. Then go to “Edit App/Device Settings…”In the Opened Dialog Box Check, “Enable traces” Check box Select Detailed Radio Box. Then, Check the relevant Check Boxes from the “Generate Traces for” Group. Simply show summarised values in lobby (Supplier lobby)

Hi, Im creating a lobby with all the relevant information regarding a supplier. This lobby will be used when having supplier meetings to show the current status and overview. There is no problem creating counters, KPI and everything with numbers and have it sorted by the supplier. But when it comes to all the other data that is text-values in different columns, how do I present them the best? I would like to be able to show them in a list element like this:Information ValueSupplier No 12345Name Supplier nameDel terms FCATransp days 5etc…I can transpose it like that in PL/SQL query using unpivot. But I cannot get this result table into a lobby data source. Is there any function that can get it into the lobby?(i know how to create a quick report or a normal list element with all the values in a diffrent column but it is not what im after)

Apps 10 UPD10 Quick Reports Not Listed in Aurena

We are testing the installation of UPD10 (went from UPD8 to UPD10). In UPD8 we were able to see and run Quick Reports in the Aurena view ‘Order Reports’. After installing UPD10 they are no longer listed. I tried creating a Permission Set, granting access to the Quick Report Object in EE and also granting Report Access to the same Permission Set in Aurena but still no Quick Report is listed. I searched through the Technical Documentation and did not find anything. Has anyone run across this issue in UPD10?

Cancelling A Work Assignment already Started

I’m hoping I’m missing some easy, obvious option here. I did not find the details in F1.In Apps10, UPD9, how do I cancel a Work Assignment from IEE when it is transferred to mobile and in ‘Work Started’. In Apps8, we are able to go to Transferred to Mobile, rmb, and ‘Unassign Work Order’.I see the rmb option in Apps10 to ‘Cancel Work Assignment’ but it is grayed out when the Assignment is in Work Started status. I’m not sure in what status this feature becomes unavailable, but it seems to be so for at least Work Started. I am curious, is that also the case for Accepted?Also, looking for a way to manually advance the Work Assignment should the need arise. In Apps8, we are currently able to adjust the status from IEE and it keeps the id of the individual making the change neatly stored in the Journal.
