Hi,Does anyone know how we can rename the radio button options with New Work on mWO (Service Engineer) possibly using Page Designer?TIA

Hi,Just wondering if anyone has had the requirement of mWO (Service Engineer app) in Cloud to generate something like below:Tech attends the job based off the task sent to them. The task is to investigate the service call. The tech finds the actual symptoms, fault codes, failing components, causes etc and enters that information (this is already possible in the app). The system then looks at the setup in Failure Setup Navigator and finds the applicable action (i.e. the Work Task Template having the guided steps and materials). The app then applies this task template to this task creating additional steps and new materials to carry out the fix. Note that the mobile could be offiline - so necessary basic data should be already syned to the device.I have a few options but nothing that would work while the device is offline.TIA

Hi ALl, Does anyone have any ideas why my ‘Maintenance Organization’ drop down is not populating here? I’m trying to use Solution Manager > Mobile Apps > Configuration > Apps for Page Designer > Service Engineer > New Work. I can select my site, but my ‘Maint org’ remains an empty list. Allthough I do have MO’s defined and I am a Maintenance Employee. On the IFS MWO Service App it works fine but I also wanted to see if this functionality works the same. But there seems to be differences. Best RegardsRoel   

Hello, It has been identified that the time taken to open a Mobile Work Order survey in IFS Cloud on an iOS device is faster compared to Windows and Android. This difference is more noticeable when using large surveys with hundreds of connected questions across the parent and child surveys. It is understood that this difference relates to the method of memory management (garbage collection) used in Windows and Android. This enhancement request is to consider whether the IFS MWO application can be altered to account for these OS differences in memory management to bring the survey loading time for Windows and Android on a level with iOS.

Hi,Our mWO app on Cloud 23R2 was working fine, and suddenly its behavior has changed and all tasks now changed to pickup tasks. Most of the actions that used to work are disabled (ex issuing parts, eForms) and asking for a default location when starting work. I’ve checked entity configuration on jttask to ensure all custom fields are deployed and all additional views are published. Does anyone know what might have gone wrong? TIA   

Hi Experts,When an eForm of type ‘Employee resource’ is setup and use in mobile throws below error, upon answering.Anyone else noticed this ?. Also is this a known bug . Error seems not appear if the eForm is associate with a work task.Thank you,Roshan

Hello,When we try in “Report In Work Order” to “Place Serial Object in Equipment Structure” we get this error:  The part is issued to the customer on the work order we try and use.After it was issued on the work order, someone incorrectly tried to add it to the equipment structure, I suspect this is causing the issue, but cannot find a way to solve it. The part is not linked to the object mentioned above.Thank you in advance,Michael

I’m beginning the process to upgrade from APP9 to Cloud. We currently use work orders for customer serial objects that need to be repaired and returned. We have a MOD that allows the serial object to become an inventory part in stock on a customer order so that it can be shipped via standard customer order functionality. Customer is invoiced for the service and part is shipped. Alternately there is functionality on the report in work order screen for move serial to inventory which allows the repaired part to be moved into inventory. Does anyone utilize work orders in Cloud for customer assets that are ultimately returned to the customer’s location?  If so, how do you process these?

I made a work order (vim) which comes from “Manage Maintenance Order” via “MRO and Fleet Operations”  module.But the work task of this work order without task steps, just like the picture... In EAM，I knew the operations.To create the work task template with detail information, then you could create the work order with task step.But in MRO，where could I set the “task step”???It seems that the setting of “Task Card” in MRO，just let work order(vim) with wrok task.

Hello, When viewing My Assignments in Aurena. There is an option to mark an Assignment as Incomplete. This starts a workflow, with the final step giving options for Return Travel, New Assignment, and OK. Is there a way to remove the Return Travel button? Given this is part of a workflow, I assumed there would be a configuration, but I do not see one, and this does not appear to be a page that can be designed. 

Hi We are on version 24.2.1118.0 for Scan-It on Android, and we no longer have the Azure login button. There seems to be no way to fully log out right back to the initial login screen, where it gives the option of Azure or user/password. It asks to re-authenticate, suggesting someone is already logged in. Has something changed in this latest version? I can recreate this on the Windows app although it is slightly different. If I open the scan it app, it shows me a username that isn’t me (and hasn’t been signed into this PC), it gives me the option for Disconnect or Log in. If I log in, it says I have 2 attempts left. If I disconnect, it takes me back to the page with the URL in. I then click connect it brings up the Azure option and the Log In option.   Any help would be appreciated. Thanks    

We are trying to attach a document/photo to an object in mobile work order.  In most instances we get the below error.You can just click in the failed transaction, edit proceed and the sync will be ok.  But this is annoying for the users.  Is there a workaround or is this a bug.   We are using the latest MWO client for APP10 which is UPD23 and using windows app.  Backend server is still in update 13 though. Attached the bug report as well.  

Having this pop-up while changing status, is anyone familiar with solving this issue? 

Hello IFS Community !I have a question re. salvage part handling in multi-level repair orders : say I set Repair action to ‘Replace’ status on a serialized subassembly within a product’s multi-level repair order. The subassembly part that needs replaced will therefore appear in the ‘Salvage Part’ tab and I can run a shop order to manufacture its replacement.Now when all is said and done, IFS won’t let me close the multi-level repair order until ‘all salvage parts are received’ … but what happens if I don’t want to receive said part in inventory because it is broken / non-functional anymore and it is to go into the trash (or recycling) bin ? Isn’t there a way to leave the salvage part in the repair order so it goes out into the ether when I close said order ? Do I have to receive it then scrap it from inventory ?Thank you in advance for any help you’ll be able to provide :)

Hello IFS Community !I have a question re. multi-level repair orders… our finished products + at least one structure level on subassemblies have parameter Supply Type = ‘DOP’ in Inventory Part > Planning Data tab. Therefore, in a shop order for a finished product, in Materials tab, the component lines for these subassemblies have parameter Supply Type = ‘DOP Order’Now, when I have a multi-level Repair shop order stemming from a CRO order for that finished product, and I set one of these subassemblies to Repair action = ‘Replace’ status, IFS creates the corresponding component line in the Materials tab… however, the component line is created with parameter Supply Type = ‘Invent Order’, which is in contradiction with the ‘DOP’ Supply Type for that subassembly part and causes me all sorts of headaches as to how to launch production for that part !Any clue / idea how to solve (or circumvent) this issue ?? Thanks in advance for the help !Julie

In Apps9, surveys that are used with MWO are defined under the “Surveys” in HR module. But in Apps10, they are defined in “Maintenance Surveys” screen in Aurena. When there is an upgrade from Apps9 to Apps10, we need to migrate the Surveys defined in Apps9 to Maintenance Surveys in Apps10. Is there any scripts written by R&D, that can be used to do this data migration from Apps9 to Apps10? 

Is the Equipment Online Search available in the MWO Maintenance app?  

Hi Experts, In MWO, move stock when i need to move stock from warehouse to my mobile warehouse VAN by a transport task, When click on add transport task and select the part it always comes the mobile warehouse location and i can not select the main warehouse pick up location, it is not even in LOV. please help me understand what is missing here or else is this the expected behavior? Thanks,Heshala.

Hi , - Is there a way to set fonctional object as broken and then no preventive maintenance can be launched ?the operational status : out of service allow : work order to be generated on it the operational status  means : temporary out of use for maintenance , repar,.. workorder can be generated by PM actionif i add/remove equipment in the structure is it added/removed automatically  in contrat scope ?
