Service report is generated on mWO in HTML format. how this report can sync back to the Assignment/ Work Task in EE/ Aurena as the report contains Customer’s signature and is required as Proof of Work/ Delivery when invoicng to the customer.
Will be great if this report can be converted to PDF document while syncing to EE/ Aurena.

In 24R1 Cloud version, this is possible. Service Report is now generated in PDF format and therefore it is possible to share, save or print report as required. You can use the save option to save and attach the report to Work Task/Assignment.
