Our technician is trying to upload the media from the camera option but if in any case transaction fails then with the camera option media is also getting lost so we advise saving the media first and then uploading via the gallery media option.
To avoid the issue is it possible to disable the camera option (icon) from the device while adding the attachment?
Please let us know how we can solve this issue.

I think we only have the option to restrict attaching media from the Gallery via the app parameter EXISTING_DEVICE_MEDIA_ALLOWED. As I see, there is no option to disable the direct camera uploads.

However even if the camera is used to upload and attach a picture, I believe it still gets stored in the device’s camera roll, so it won’t be missed?
