In adding a new question to an exsting eForm, it was linked to an existing Qualifying question. 

Now need to set as not Dependent and delete the question. When i try to delete, i get the following error

It is hard to say if this is a defect in the system without the exact test steps, If the issue pesists, please log a case so that it can be checked further.
