Please use Page Designer to find this information. You can find the MWO app pages in Solution Manager in the Web client and its documented here: Apps for Page Designer - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud

@James Ashmore, the Work Status screen is not viewable through the Aurena Native Apps using the Page Designer. I can view the other screens and its related entities through the Page Designer.

Hi

we have the Work Status menu option available in MWO Service 23R2, and we want to remove it.

Can’t remove via navigator designer and can’t see it listed in the security groups.

Please advise

@SHAUN_KERSLAKE  you can control this with the Security Group “ShiftsAndBreaks” as shown below

Ensure this is not granted to your MWO end users permission sets and the Work Status functionality will be hidden

May I ask where we can find a definition of what each security group does, and which processes or screens are linked please?

This would be really helpful for issues like this.

This isn’t well documented today but we are working on enhancing our documentation over the next few releases of IFS Cloud.
